thanks! we had a nice time. I think you should have made your private feedback public, it illustrate's my point quite well.
(David's private feedback to me):
Part of the reason I charge a extra 50 Per person over 3 is to Discourage To many people because of the water situation the next guests who came in ran out of water midday I'm on a mountain top if it doesn't rain I get no water I have tank that I have to pay to fill with water when that happens and I should if gotten 150 extra for the 3 people over 3 that you had not 100 plus the stove top was pretty Dirty yes it only took me 8-10 minutes to clean but I don't charge A cleaning fee like most places do it Wasn't just dried pancake batter there was literally flower all over it as well And speaking of flowers your's were Beautiful but there was residue every where you had put them that's why the hand vac was left out in plain site Just for things like that and all the food stuff on the kitchen floor that I vacuumed up with the hand vac in a few minutes Just so you know I know it was a great clean up in the scope of things but letting you slide On the extra 50 you should have left the house HOW YOU FOUND IT you certainly had enough people to help Still I thank you and I'm glad you all had a good time.
Yep 6 of us spent over an hour cleaning before leaving. As for the water, I know for a fact that half of the people didn't even shower the second day. The water was probably used by the dishwasher, that is my guess. I would imagine since the place is so remote that most guests do a lot of cooking and thus washing. One of us was only there for like 10 hours, which we told you, but you charged us the whole $50 for her anyway. If you do not want more than 3-4 people booking there, I recommend you change your cap of # of guests accordingly. I would also suggest you do charge a cleaning fee, and pay someone else to do it, so you don't have to deal with it, as you are clearly not OK with that part of the deal. Best of luck to you.
