I am a very happy host who Loves Fun and a social life and wish the same for my future guests, enjoys good food and spending time with friends!
We've been staying here now for 3 weeks and will be staying here for another two months. Our room is really nice and we have a big bed which is really comfortable. We do have our own bathroom which has a bath tub AND a shower. We are allowed to use the big kitchen and all stuff as well as all other facilities of the house. The three little dogs are really quite and doesn't make any sound!! Kim is a beautiful host and we really enjoy our time in here. She helps us with every question that we have and supports us with planning everything for our further trip up to north. She even took us to a lot of places so that we got to know many people and that we could enjoy our time in little Windsor :) I do recommend this place.
We had a fantastic weekend away at Kim's place. Kim is a great host and good fun to be around. The house is massive and the bedroom was really cosy with everything you need. Windsor is right on the river with some great cafes, bars and restaurants. Plus it's only a short drive to the blue mountains were we had a ball mountain biking. It's a shame we only had two nights there, would have loved to stay for longer.
Great host, great house. I had a very pleasant stay for two nights. Kim and her family and dogs are very friendly and accommodating. My room was very spacious and I had a nice clean bathroom to myself. Very close, walking distance to shops and eateries. I would highly recommend this B&B.
Kim welcomed me into her lovely home. The room was spacious and clean, and I had a lovely night's sleep. It is a shame I could not stay longer, and will definitely stay there again when needed.
Is a really nice place to stay and Kim and her daughter are really nice and easygoing. Quite convenient to most things in Windsor, with banks, shops, etc only a short walk (about 4-5 mins) away or 1 min drive. Train station is not that close though at around 15-20 mins walk, but that's just a rail line shortcoming (too far away from the main part of Windsor) and nothing else. Beautiful and peaceful location despite its proximity to Windsor, and it is very quiet with a nice pond/lake behind and lots of greenery. Is less than 50-60 metres from Hawkesbury Hospital behind, so very convenient if you or anyone in your family gets sick. Overall, a nice place and highly recommended.
We were welcomed by Kim's daughter and their three lovely dogs. She made sure we got everything we need, showed us around and gave us great hints where to go!
Even though we never met Kim, we had a great stay at her place! The house is absolutely beautiful, clean and you feel at home right away. The bed is one of the most comfortable ones we ever had and I would always prefer Kim's place to a hotel!
I had a great time!
Kim is a wonderful host, the house is huge and the room is comfortable with plenty of space in a quiet residential area. The place is located 5 min walk from the center of the lovely Windsor. I was lucky enough to have Kim showing me around in the the evening and we had a great time.
I definitely recommend this option for a stay around the blue mountains.
This was the first time we had used the Airbnb site and we were very happy with the accommodation. Kim and her family were friendly, and the puppies were very cute. We were in the area playing at a golf tournament in Richmond and would have no hesitation in staying here again if we were to come back. Kim did our washing for us which was great, and helped us to try and find accommodation in Sydney for the following tournament.

The house is in a nice quiet area with an immaculate room, large and ample for my needs with a friendly and helpful hostess. Very good value and had no issues whatsoever. You're within walking distance of Windsor town centre with plenty of places to eat and drink and near the river.
