I am friendly and quiet. I prefer to be described by my guests.
The studio is really nice and it has everything you need. We did not meet the owners but their friend Julia is really nice. The only negative aspect were the neighbour's child/children
making so much noise. It can make you really nervous if you have to stay and work in the flat during the day.

It was great to meet London and staying in the apartment of Eduard and Olga. There are five blocks from the metro and in a neighborhood with many grocery stores. The apt is very comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed. We were greeted by Gulia, a friend of the couple, who was very friendly. Whenever we need some guidance, Eduard and Olga were very attentive. They were honest in the apartment description and fulfilled what was promised. I recommend! :)

Recomendo! :)
I chose this flat because it was within our budget. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. This unit is just that. It is 8 minutes walk to the nearest Underground station (Dollis Hills on Jubilee Line). It is near convenience stores (around the block), and few minutes walk to the nearest grocery store (Sainsburys). The place is in a residential area, and it could get scary late night, but it was relatively safe.
The unit is equipped with a washing machine (perfect for light packers), electric stove, microwave, toaster, water heater, and sink. The shower is spacious, but the narrow sink is a bit of a chore to brush your teeth or wash your face with without flooding the bathroom floor a little. The bed was comfy, and the closets had more than enough space for your clothes. There is also a TV set, but too small and placed a little too high on the wall.
Eduard was also very helpful and even printed out location maps for us which came in very handy. He also made sure everything is working and that you are comfortable. Very gracious host.
Overall, you get what you pay for. Not too far from the Underground and into the City Centre, you're well equipped for your cooking, showering and washing needs. Above all, it suits your budget! :)
I have a problem with this one. The flat is quite nice all in all, but there were some flaws I believe, should be known.
But even if we had some issues, we are OK with living there for a week. All problems mentioned below are NOT major ones.
1) neighbours - the flat is really a small room (with a bathroom) on the ground floor, being a part of a house. A family lives there, with (propably) 2 small children.
Luckily most evenings we were out, but when we weren't we heard thise kids screaming and running all the time. And that was a bit tiring.
2) bathroom - there is a little problem with ventilation in the flat. As it is electric, it works only when the bathroom light is on.
In effect there is some fungus on the bathroom's ceiling.
3) heating - I like when it's warm in the room, but the heating effectively worked only in on/off positions. And when it's on it was really hot there.
4) bathroom's size - with my 192 cm, it was really hard to use a sink in the bathroom, because of a closet above.
1) bed - really cosy and comfortable
2) equipment - we didn't use half of the stuff, but it's nice to know that they were there for use. Iron&ironing board, vacuum cleaner, microwave oven and fully equipped kitchen were a great and useful addition.
3) furniture - I like IKEA, I have some of their stuff by myself, so IKEA equipment in the flat was a nice add-on.
4) location - approx. 10 minutes from the Dollis Hill Tube station.
Luckily, the repairs (and station closing) started on the weekend, when we were leaving. Still, metro proximity is a very good thing.
5) price was good
6) Eduard was really nice! :)
This (email hidden) for a short stay. I highly recommend it!
The reservation was canceled 16 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
This suite was small but comfortable and covered all our basic needs. It was accessible to the tube stations which allowed us to get to the city centre easily, in about 30 minutes. Good for a short term stay.
Impeccable comfy studio, new appliances all working great, in interesting ethnic neighbourhood, reasonable price for London, Eduard (email hidden). Good grocery stores close by, open 24 hours. The thing to bear in mind is that it is in Zone 3 of the Underground, so you must get an Oyster card or cost of tickets will be steep. Would stay again.
Really amazing stay in the flat of Eduard and his family. The quiet neighborhood ... full of stores ... and safe ... with super nice neighbors. The super comfortable and completely flat ... and Edward and his family very attentive ... they gave us 100%. See London ... I highly recommend this flat ... and the hospitality of Eduard.
