Nous adorons la gastronomie, les balades, la nature, les belles choses en somme ! A très bientôt à Paris !
Me and my 2 friends were in Paris for 3 nights in occasion of a famous Yankee artist conciert, and we probably couldn't stay better than in Marion and Aitor home. The home is in a strategic position for day and nigthlife, close to market, metro, bars...! It Is very confortable with all useful things that you have in your own home.
The internal design is very suggestive.
The perfect choose for our journey.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. It has good sized rooms full of natural light with stripped floors throughout, full bathroom with power shower etc. There is a good kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, coffee maker etc. Super fast WiFi, TV, DAB radio with some pretty cool preset stations.
We didn't have the pleasure of meeting Aitor or Marion as they were away from Paris for a few weeks but they made sure their friend Tom was around to meet us. I texted Tom as instructed on arrival at Gare du Nord and he was waiting at the apartment when we arrived. Tom not only showed us around the apartment but gave us some good tips about bars, clubs and restaurants. Aitor and Marion also left us their mobile numbers and said we should call if we have any questions. All in all the communication was excellent.
The flat is located within a 5 minute walk of both Faidherbe Chaligny and Charonne metro stations, the walk to both stations is pleasant and gives you the opportunity of stopping off at some cool bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend Malisa on Rue Richard Lenoir if you like good Lao food.
I would definitely stay in this apartment again in the future.
Marion was a great guest! She kept the apartment clean and tidy and obbey the house rules. We recommend her as a guest!
Aitor and friends were very polite and respectful with the house, I really recommend this guests. Hope you had a good time in Bcn and come back anytime! Sandro
Marion and Aitor are a lovely couple and we really enjoyed meeting them. They were friendly, tidy and very respectful of our home. We would be very happy to host them again in the future and if you get the chance, you should too!
I was lucky enough to meet Marion & Aitor on the beaches of Vietnam in 2009. They are both true travellers, a tonne of fun, super friendly and the most brilliant hosts when in Paris. They both know the city like true locals and will give you all the tips/tricks to make your Parisian stay amazing. Highly recommend!
I met Aitor through Airbnb and right away we connected, loving natural wine & food and enjoying the art of life through these glasses. He came over to my house in Batz-sur-Mer with a cool group of friends and I was so happy to know they were having a great time there. A house needs these kind of people to be happy forever :-)
I've known Aitor for over a year now, and he remains one of my favorite people in Paris. He's an outgoing individual with plenty of energy, an intellectual, a traveler at heart, a foodie and a passionate follower of the Parisian visual and performing arts scene. His place is very charming and located in a neighborhood that continues to evolve (in a very good way). Trust me, you'll enjoy your stay chez lui, and be sure to pick his brain about what to do and where to go while you're at it!
