Justin has an awesome house and was very accommodating. It was a perfect location for a great experience during Mardi Gras. I would highly recommend to stay here if you plan on visiting New Orleans.
This spot was a great common area for my whole family to gather and spend the holidays together. The full kitchen and open living and dining room provided the perfect environment for a large group.
Justin was a great host, very flexible and accommodating. He let us tell him when we wanted to check in and out. Simple check out process: just leave it the way we found it. The house was pretty spacious, clean and tidy as described. He also had board games, which my friends and I were excited about but then ended up being too tired to play at night.
Not knowing much about New Orleans, the house appeared to be in a transitional neighborhood that had a lot of homes that were being fixed up. I stayed there with a friend that was very familiar with the city because he has family there and he assured me it was a safe area to walk around in. We actually walked a couple of blocks down to Esplanade to grab coffee at CCs and then walked around to explore the neighborhood. It was nice. Definitely not very close to the French Quarter though so you'll want to drive/cab it.
Great place! Very close to all attractions. Justin was very pleasant to deal with and was very helpful in providing us with recommended places to eat. Would definitley stay there again.
Awesome house. We came in for the weekend with six guys. The place was clean, great location. Justin was responsive and made everything super easy. Highly recommended.
This was my first experience with airbnb and I did not realize that I was renting someone's home - lol! Justin reached out to us and accommodated our arrival time and gave us flexibilty on departure time. He stayed in touch and was very responsive with our questions. The house is a great size for 5 or 6. Pictures were very accurate and location was great!! Being only a mile from the NOMA and City Park was great for morning jog/walks. I felt safe coming and going from the house. The house was very functional and comfortable and a great base for enjoying all of New Orleans.
We had a great time at this house! Justin was very helpful and his place was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was pretty centrally located, close to downtown/French Quarter and the Superdome. We would definitely stay here again if we got the chance.
Everything with the house was great. Clean, comfortable and the outside deck was nice for a pseudo crawfish boil. Dookie Chase is within walking distance and the house is a 10 minute drive or $10 cab ride to just about anywhere else.
this place was a great find for our trip to nola for jazzfest. it's a quick walk to the fairgrounds and easy to get around to most other places as well. the house is roomy, comfortable and clean, and the neighbors are friendly.
justin also gave us some great tips about local restos (katie's in midcity was especially delicious!).
