Je m'appelle Anne, je travaille dans le tourisme en tant que guide, je parle l'italien, l'anglais et l'(website hidden) voyage beaucoup dans le cadre de mon métier.
I really enjoyed staying at Anne's flat for a month - the flat is super stylish, big and comfortable, and in a perfect location. The neighbourhood is picturesque, safe and it's only a short walk (5-15 minutes) to all kinds of restaurants, bars, shops, the coast, and the excellent modern art gallery.
Anne was away when I arrived, but her friend who showed me the flat was super helpful, and Anne left a really detailed note in English and all kinds of useful things for me to use - like maps and information about the area, basic food and cleaning products for the laundry, dishwasher etc. This was so kind and unexpected!
It was easy to get in touch with Anne at any time even over Christmas and New Year when she was away on holiday, she is friendly and attentive and a great host! Thanks for hosting me, I had a great experience and want to go back! :)
I spent six weeks in Anne's apartment and liked it very much. It's located very close to the lovely port of Nice and also just a few footsteps from Place Garibaldi and the Vieille Ville. The flat is very modernly and tastefully furnished and offers amenities such as washing machine, dryer, dishwasher as well as digital tv or fast wlan. I got to know Anne as a very friendly and realiable landlord and would gladly choose her accomodation again.
Anne is a great host. We stayed in her Nice apartment for the whole month of May. Everything in the apartment was as advertised. It has a great kitchen, it is roomy and clean. The location was excellent as it is close to the Old Town (shopping, dining) and the Port (bus stops). The apartment is also very close to a couple of supermarkets (Carrefour and Monoprix) which have cheap and abundant food selections. There are numerous restaurants and shops on the street in case one runs out of anything. We had a great time in Nice and would be back any time. Anne was super helpful and courteous. We were in constant email contact throughout and she left us lots of extra things - from supplies to coupons, etc. I'd strongly recommend renting the place. One thing to note, it is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators as seems to be the case in most of Nice. I'd like to thank Anne for everything, it was a very positive airbnb experience.
We had a fantastic time in Nice and a lot of it had to do with the location of the apartment. It's dead center in Old Nice and look exactly like the pictures on her listing. We had one issue, we couldn't get the hot water to work and unfortunately Anne was out of the country at the time, and we couldn't get the wifi to work either, but I believe it was my computer acting up because I couldn't connect to the free ones either, but other than that everything was fine. Anne's friend met us and let us in the apartment when we arrived, he then showed us around Old Nice, showing us the markets and good restaurants to eat at. We visited Nice, Monaco and Cannes on a budget by using the affordable bus system, tickets only costing 1 euro!!! Overall we had a great relaxing time!
very comfortable apartment. The location is very nice that you can walk to everywhere closely. Reasonable price.
The reservation was canceled 27 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.

We are a young couple, we visited Nice for the first time and we had no experience of AirBnB before.
We had a great time in Cote d' Azur and we enjoyed very much staying in Anne's apartment! It's a very cute studio, clean, nicely decorated, spacious, just like in the photos. It's perfectly located in the old town and you feel close to everything even if you don't have a car. You can visit Monaco, Antibes, Cannes, Eze-village etc with very cheap bus tickets (1euro). You have many options of restaurants, cafes, bars etc in walking distance and you are in the heart of Nice's nightlife!
Anne is a very friendly and kind hostess, willing to help you whenever you have a problem. Thank you Anne!
Anne and John met us from the tram and John very helped us up the three flights of stairs with our cases.
The studio apartment is in a great location in the old part of the town.
However we were disappointed in the lack of basic items. There were no cups or mugs apart from a single cracked and chipped mug and no towels at all. We bought towels which we donated on departure. There were no instructions on how to use the washing machine, and no information about the town. It would have been useful to have had a map and some comments on where the supermarket etc was. Again we left a map and other brochures on departure so other guests could use them.
Lovely to meet you both.
Hope to see you again soon.
You left the house lovely and clean and tidy.
