Maria was so sweet! Very nice clean apartment to sleep at for the San fermin festival and she also took me the next morning to watch the encierro from her other apartment for a small charge but you could see everything and it was totally worth it!
Such a fantastic host! Maria and Karlos went above and beyond to help us enjoy our pamplona stay. We booked this for running of the bulls and the location was perfect. The bus is 2 min walk from the apartment and only 5mins from the action. We were given pamplona scarves for the festival and even driven into the centre by our amazing hosts. Could not have asked for a better experience. Maria makes sure you feel welcome instantly and ensures you don't miss a moment of the action
We booked her balcony to use for the Running of the Bulls (San Fermin). Maria was extremely helpful leading up to San Fermin and on the day of the event giving us any information we needed or asked for. We had the girls we were with use the balcony and they said she was extremely hospitable, offering drinks and food during their use of the balcony. And if you are using it for San Fermin, the balcony has a perfect view down the last street from Dead Man's Corner and near the entrance of the stadium. Highly recommend using this listing.
I stayed in Maria's flat in Burlada and rented her balcony space above Estefada Street for the running of the bulls and both experiences were wonderful! The flat was very clean and spacious and has everything you would need. The flat is either 10 minutes away by bus, or a scenic 30 minute walk away but was worth it to be able to sleep in peace and avoid the noise of San Fermin in Pamplona. The balcony space I rented was perfect! It was situated right over the main street that the bulls run down. She had a table full of breakfast ready for us that morning and even provided beer and a post-bull run taste of liquor. All-in-all, Maria was a gracious, kind and hospitable host. I would recommend her and her flat to anyone traveling to Pamplona in the future.
Great balcony for watching the Running of the Bulls. Maria was very nice. Highly recommend.
Great location and coffee! There is room for about 5 people to use the window comfortably. I think there were 8 in the room and not everyone could get a great view of the encierro. Maria had a large TV going on the room as well, so no one really missed anything as it happened.
The breakfast was coffee and pastries individually wrapped in plastic. I only had coffee which I liked very much.
The waiting area outside the building is right at the opening of a very active bar. It was a little uncomfortable being surrounded very intoxicated people with few inhibitions, especially with my 13 year-old daughter at my side. A fight broke out and she and I were both bumped into by the two main guys while they threw punches. This isn't in anyone's control but it is a factor to be aware of. Once we were inside the building (which required Maria coming down and unlocking the door next to the bar) we were very comfortable again.
Although our encounter was brief, Maria was a gracious and helpful host. For reasons that I still do not fully understand because of the language barrier (Maria speaks little English and I speak little Spanish) we were moved from our original balcony to another that was actually in a much better location and a floor lower! The encierro experience was awesome! Before the actual day of the event Maria kept us informed of the time and place we needed to be, and the change of plans. It worked out perfectly. My only regret was not being able to spend more time with Maria.
i highly recommend this spot! was a perfect balcony to watch the bull run, including the preparations leading to the bull run. although we did not get to meet maria, javier was a wonderful host. thank you again for a great experience!

Maria is a wonderful host. As we were there during the Running of the Bulls, she provided us with the appropriate clothes to wear, and the room was very large and clean. The address was a little confusing, but we eventually found it. Maria does not speak English, so calling her to let her know we had arrived and needed to be let in was a little challenging. However, we did manage to communicate and enjoyed our stay immensely!
We decided to go to Pamplona very last minute, it was tough to get a balcony but we were glad that Maria still had a window to rent. We shared the window with another group of guests but there was plenty enough space. Location is great, we got to see the whole madness that is running of the bulls.
