We are from Fort Wayne, IN, USA but love traveling into Michigan, North Carolina and other states which feed our desire for the great outdoors. We adore getting out into nature....hiking, camping, backpacking, wildlife, etc. We have one dog, a Golden Doodle female named Zoe and we take her everywhere we possibly can. I have Irish ancestry on both sides of my family and very much enjoy working on my family tree as time allows. We were exceptionally blessed to spend 3 weeks in Ireland in May 2013 and then another amazing 10 days on the Emerald Isle in October 2015! Together we feel so fortunate to have some grand travel notches in our belt having been to Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands and some of the most beautiful areas of this Country - those magical places which force you outdoors to admire God's glory. I label myself a memory collector trying to make the most of every day and certainly every new experience! I especially take joy in gathering life's wonderful moments and savoring them through digital scrapbooking or creating Shutterfly albums for our coffee table. It's a grand thing to pick up a book on a rainy Saturday morning over coffee and reflect back over the carefree vacation memories of your life - to relish in the times of wondrous travel - view the photos, read the journal entries and be transported back to those lifetime indulgences we worked so hard to be able to afford. Overall, please rest assured if we partake of your accomodations, we are great stewards of another's home and always thankful for the opportunity to experience a little piece of someone else's world. Just like the old boy scout adage goes - it's always our goal to find ways to leave a place a little better than we found it!
