Lovely couple, nice and quiet and easy to be around.
Jonathan & his girlfriend rode up on this awesome Harley, they were greeted by our posy Doc Holiday & Wtatt-erp (dogs). It was a short stay, but very kind and appreciative of everything here on the property. We look forward to their next trip out this way!
Jonathan was friendly, quiet, and engaging. Really interesting guy to talk to. Polite and clean, happy to recommend.
It's really unfortunate that we never got a chance to meet Jonathan. His motorcycle broke down on his way up the coast and he therefore never made it to out place :(. I hope him and his girlfriend had a safe rest of their trip and they are welcome here anytime they are back in the area!
Jonathan and his guests were great! Would definitely host again!
Jonathan was a good guest. Very friendly, easy going, and flexible. Would definitely recommend!
We enjoyed jonathan's visit so very much. He is an extraordinary young man, willing to share his life experience and joy of life with those around him. I hope that one day he happens back our way.
Johnathan and his friend Patty were lovely guests here at the whimsical chateau. They entered into the experience of this place with humor, flexibility and good natured ease. They were considerate, left the house in very fine condition and followed all rules and requests. What more could a host ask for? I would recommend them without reservation to others and welcome them back any time
I met Jonathan at a work party and he followed up a week later and invited me to stand in line for the MoMA's Rain Room...at 8 in the morning. Instead, I joined him for scotch tasting and I quickly learned that this was one of his greater interests among others like Citibiking and Stephen Merchant.
Jonathan and I are similar in a way that we've built our lives living and working in places far from where we grew up. We've gotten used to living independently and in challenging environments to finally settle down in New York for the long-term. Nothing new but, more importantly, we've gotten used to this entire process of subletting/subleasing.
As a potential subtenant, I can promise you he means every word on the contract. He has a beautiful, well kept apartment himself, so, naturally, he respects other peoples spaces. He would never leave your home in disarray and enjoys the the calm so you won't find him throwing any secret parties... But maybe a scotch night with a friend or two.
In summary, he's friendly, neat and well-financed ;)
But hopefully, you'll get to know Jonathan outside the parameters of Airbnb – You'll see that he's an amazing person. As a friend he's there for you 100% – helping you through rough times at work and advising you on issues with your subtenants.
Above all, your home will be in great hands!
