Sorry, you were dissapointed, however, as we were also on Holidays, we relied on contract cleaners to clean for us, which seemingly did not do the job to standard. The room which you thought you booked had extended for several weeks at last notice to us, so we gave you another bigger room with bathroom of at least the same standard but still in the same house.
Ourselves being on Holidays, communication was difficult and sporadic for us, as we only had limited internet on and off through our phones, all the places we stayed charged extortionist rates additional for internet.
Anyway, I hope you will have a better experience should you decide to book again through airbnb.
