James is the winner of my No-Load Easiest-to-Host Guest of the month award.
As a Super Host, I meet a lot of guests from all over the world. As a professional businessman, James' stay is business. Hosting is business for me too, not entertainment; so I appreciate how self-reliant yet personable James is. Some guests just suck it out of you. :( Not so James. EZ! Easy communication for seamless reservations and check-in. Easy to talk with - just enough conversation without being too demanding. Easy on the house: James had full use of kitchen, but plans didn't include kitchen - so no clean up for me. Easy on the shared bath and guest room - James didn't plow through 90 towels - less laundry for me.
Respectful of house rules, clean and quiet...I can only hope for more guests like James. Highly recommended.
One of James coworkers, Cliff, stayed with us. Cliff was super nice and clean and respectful of our home. We would have him stay with us anytime.
James and his wife were great guests. Pleasant and tidy!
James left the house in excellent shape and I would gladly have him back again.
It was a pleasure to host James. He was very easy going and easy to please. It was obvious that he was a very experienced traveller who packs light and was very clean. I have nothing negative to say about James.
James was a wonderful guest- gracious, interesting, very respectful and communicative. i highly recommend him to any host.
Five Star guest!!
James was a Perfect Guest. Welcome back anytime.
Thanks so much! Your place was perfect!
It was a pleasure to host you James! Looking forward to seeing you back in Phoenix soon. Warm regards, Catherine.
James was quiet, courteous, and friendly. We didn't get to spend much time together but would love to host him again.
