Hello Guys. Thank you for the review. I put together a house manual which includes the apartment number etc. for easy check-in. However, You probably didn't read it and waited in the lobby about 30 minutes that is because You also didn't want to call me from your international phone for a minute to find out things! Please consider that things may not work the way that you want them to work. I highly believe that You should be more reasonable and easygoing with your hosts. I drove about 40 miles just to fix your parking clicker which was broken by previous guests. Putting a bad review for a very minor problem won't take any of us to Mars!
Hello Mark. I am surprised that the previous tenant visited the unit. I have never informed that by you. We have had some issues with that tenant and finally it is fixed through AirBnb. I am sorry about that.
