So.... Where do I start?
Eiko doesn't understand how airbnb works and she was confused about the fact that we are not a hotel with a reception desk but rather just regular welcoming people. Eiko absolutely did not read the confirmation message we send to all of our guests which includes all of our contact info, buzzer code, full address, instructions on how to get here and where to park. Therefore she sat in the lobby for 2 hours. She did not know the buzzer code or the apartment number and did not try to contact us. We later found her sitting in the lobby while going out to go to the store. She was upset because we did not wait for her in the lobby, because she had to park in the street and not a private parking, just upset for so many other unknown reasons.
She was angry for her entire 3 day stay and not pleasant at all to have her as a guest in our home.
Definitely not recommended as guest.
