Rodrigo, I am so sorry to hear of your disappointment in my home. I am surprised that you didn't reach out to let me know any of these things. I personally make sure that the space is clean for all guests before arrival. and we have the space professionally cleaned, including the sheets and towels and throw rugs. All was clean before you moved in. Again, i am surprised that this is the first I am hearing of your disappointment. I'm very good at helping people feel comfortable in the apartment, and i could have told you where the extra soaps are located, so you could have washed your hands. Again, i apologize for the apartment not meeting your needs, and had I known, I would have been more than happy to work it out with you. Safe travels.
