Thanks for the response. I checked-in at 2pm, and I waited for your response (after making the payment) for more than 1 whole month prior to seeking help from AirBnB. I also sent you a text prior to my arrival on the day to confirm my check-in to be after 2pm upon your request, but I did not get a respond as you said you did not get the text. Perhaps, my English was not good enough so there were problems in communication. Being fair, waiting for your response for more than one month and so I wrote to AirBnB for assistance is not being reasonable and is actually quite patience.
