The cabin was fantastic! It is our new favorite place; we'll be back!
What a perfect getaway! We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful cabin. Kathy was a joy to work with, the cabin was clean, beautifully decorated, and a perfect escape from the city. We would highly recommend disconnecting and spending a few nights in here.
The Cabin in the Meadow is very cute. I spent the weekend there with my wife and we absolutely loved this quiet oasis. Kathy has been very helpful and responsive and a great host. We hope to stay there again some time.
A great semi-secluded cabin. A lot of quiet and privacy, and yet only a 5 minute drive to the nearby Anderson Valley wineries. Highly recommeded for a relaxing weekend away. Cabin is extremely clean / taken care of, and it has everything you need to feel at home.
We drove up to Mendocino on a critical search for rest and relaxation, and the Cabin in the Meadow delivered both in spades. Centered around a blooming white cherry blossom tree and surrounded by redwoods, Kathy's property was a welcome reminder of what nature can do for overworked urbanites. As for the cabin itself, the photos do not do it justice-- it's cozy, clean, warm, unfussy and perfect for two.
The little towns of Philo and Boonville are just close enough so that if you forgot something, or feel like grabbing coffee or dinner out, you can easily make the drive into town.
Kathy was an excellent guest! From the beginning we had a good communication, she is responsive nice and very polite and took good care of the apartment and was respectful about the house rules. I wouldn't hesitate to welcome her again.
