We really enjoyed ourselves here. It was 5 of us and plenty room. Niki was very easy to reach. Also, she gave us good ideas on where to eat and what parades to attend. The house was a little bit further than I had expected from Bourbon street, but it was just a street car away. Thanks for everything.
Niki was such a gracious host leaving thorough details on the house, recommendations for local destination spots and even left us locally brewed beers in the fridge to enjoy! She reached out before our visit to check in and ask if we had any questions about our visit and gave us phone numbers, prices and personal recommendations for the different tours we were debating. Niki had the porch decorated for Marti Gras where we relaxed in the Adirondack chairs most mornings and some evenings. Staying in mid-city rather than downtown allowed us to enjoy a cute neighborhood with more of a relaxing "big easy" pace, while still being accessible to the quarter via street car. Thanks again Niki!

Thank you for a wonderful review Amy!
Nikki is a great host! The house is fantastic and really nice, clean and with all amenities. Nikki left us a very comprehensive list of instructions for transports, places where to eat, and all other useful information (plus local beers!). The trip to downtown takes not more than 30 minutes with the streetcar and the house is closer to a supermarket, a pharmacy and several eating places. We loved our stay there, and we enjoyed the city very much!
The stay was very nice!!!! The flat is comfortable, bright and clean. It's a beautiful place to have a great time in New Orleans!!!!
Niki is a good person, very friendly and helpful!!!
Niki was a great host and her house is awesome! It's a perfect location in New Orleans especially for the music festivals as she is literally walking distance from City Park and the Fairgrounds. She is also close to the French Quarter, great restaurants and downtown making her place an ideal location! We had a great time staying at Niki's place and will be sure to stay there again on the next trip to the Big Easy.
