It's been a long time since I've been using Airbnb services and never had a single problem. (look for yourself at reviews below)
The reputation speaks for itself.
When somebody leaves his dirty dippers on the floor, breaks objects and refuses to be responsible for it, I don't consider it as "respectful" for the flat and his owner.
I told Chido to tell me if there was any problem with the flat, and she never contacted me, preferring to break precious objects instead of asking. The flat was fully cleaned before her arrival, as it has to be.
I think she's a candidate for hotels rather than Airbnb friendly, respect and confidence policy.
Again, I'm really disappointed. To conclude I would have no interrest in writing a bad comment without a real good reason.
