We're both from Toronto Canada. My husband is a finish carpenter. I'm an account director at an advertising agency. We both like to eat good food and to go to galleries.

Her and her husband both seemed kind and intelligent. Was very happy that they were staying at my place. BUT that was before I read her review.
I made her aware prior to her stay that I might have to be in and out because last minute plans had come up and I was going on a trip. Which made it a necessity. She said it would be no problem so I'M SHOCKED that she is saying it was. In a review no less. While never communicating that to me personally. I called and texted every time prior to arriving to make sure they wouldn't be there and if it would be a convenient time.
I'm tempted to share our email exchange here so you can see that I communicated the situation to her and that her response was that they'd be out so it wouldn't matter.
As far as the laundry is concerned this situation was also due to me traveling and the fact that another guest was arriving the same day. Which makes it hectic sometimes. This was also explained.
I'm sorry that this wasn't Cori's ideal situation but it could have been avoided somewhat if she communicated her thoughts and problems to me directly and not a review after the fact. If she had I would have done my utmost to accommodate her and the issues she was having.
