Formerly a diplomat, now back to Paris and working at the Ministry of Culture.
Born & bred in Paris. I like my city very much, and I like it all. I'll be happy to help you find your way around, for tourism, nightlife, restaurants, shops etc.
This place is absolument amazing! Patrick was a great (and interesting) host. Location is perfect for those who is fond of Montmartre area. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for inspiration, especially artist kinds. Didn't get much chance to get to know Patrick, who is a respectful person, but one evening with glass of wine was good enough to learn that he is an open minded person who cares for others. I couldn't spend much time with him because I wanted to lock myself in the room to get on with my business. I was so inspired. Will definitely go back to his place ;)
My stay with Patrick has been flawless - Patrick is extremely friendly, helpful and respectful. His flat is conveniently located at just 5 minutes walk from the Blanche station and was ideal as a base of travel around Montmartre and the rest of Paris. The room itself is stylish and cozy, and the bed very comfortable. A lovely French breakfast was there on the table waiting for me when I woke up naturally on a Sunday morning. Thank you Patrick - my weekend in Paris and your apartment couldn't have been better.
Patrick est un gars super sympathique! :)
A really nice and cosy appartment with your own toilet and some space to hang. A braeakfast was served every day and I had good wireless internet which was a priority as I was here for business purpose. Patrick was quick in his responses by text messages which made communicating really easy.
A perfect spot in a nice area with a lot of entertainment/clubs/bars and really close to metro station Pigale
A bientôt sûrement ...
Patrick was a gracious host and very knowledgeable about arts and culture in Paris. He let me borrow items such as an umbrella. It really felt like I was staying at a friend's apartment than at a bnb. The area has absolutely awesome dining options, plus I loved that a Starbucks was ridiculously close. The WiFi though was inconvenient. You couldn't get it from the room.
Patrick was great. He was very cool about me only arriving after midnight...
I wasn't there much as I had a busy schedule but the room was clean and cool. Location is great too.
Patrick was very welcoming host during my stay in Paris. The room is decorated nicely, and he's kind enough to provide breakfast every morning. We were both pretty busy during my stay and only saw each other once, but it was a pleasant stay nonetheless.
My stay in Paris was great. Patrick was a fantastic host! He was very friendly and helpful and would often suggest places to see and things to do. Unfortunately, I only saw him in the mornings or at night so I didn't get to chat with him too much, but he was very generous. He would often make me breakfast and tea in the mornings which was always very delicious. The room itself was very cozy and interestingly decorated. The bed was very comfortable with a mini restroom but he also let me use his restroom for showering as well. He also let me use his washer and dryer which came in handy since I hadn't been able to wash to clothes since arrived in Europe. Unfortunately,, the wi-fi never seemed to work but Patrick was kind and let me use his computer whenever I needed. Also, the location was good. It's located in the more seedy side of Paris next to the Moulin Rouge but I never felt unsafe. The Sacre-Coeur is within walking distance with two major metros just simply down the street. I'm usually very bad with directions but, luckily, I had no problem getting around. I would strongly stay here again if I ever visit Paris again.
The room was really great. The decoration is fantastic. The location can't be better. Patrick was very kind, and he was not allways at the place, so we had a lot of freedom. Besides, breakfast was included! and it was really good (Actually he was the " Breakfast santa claus " : when we woke up, the things were always there, perfectly prepared, with the "helpyourself" note). We had a great time at Patrick's place. Thanks! Guada and Julian
Patrick is a lovely person, very polite, adaptive, and a very well organized traveller. He loves art and Venice was a great choice for his passion!
parfait sans souci!
Tout s'est parfaitement bien passé.
Patrick est un locataire idéal.
Great guests. Easy going, very organised, left the room clean. 5 stars :)
Nice guest, Patrick was friendly and kind. The flat was clean . Recommended visitor!
fantastic guests! The apartment was so clean and they were so awesome
Patrick was the perfect guest! He stayed for 9 days and left the apartment in great shape. Highly reccommended guest :)
Very cool to have Patrick as a guest at my place. I was travelling and did not even meet him but found a bottle of red wine on the table when i came back.
Patrick is such a nice person, obedient guest and what's more - he
left space clean and neat.
Patrick and her sister were really nice people and very educated guests. Any host can be happy to have guests like them. I know which bnb to book if I go to Paris!
