The address as advertised and the actual apartment were two different things, which was explained but seemed a bit strange. Apartment was exactly as advertised and very comfortable, good central location.
Working with Arie was simple and our arrival and check-in process were spot on. The apartment should have been cleaner for our arrival. The bathroom was filthy and the carpets could have used a vacuum. We did a quick clean up when we got there. The apartment itself is in great shape and very nice. Outside of that we were conveniently located near the BART/Muni station and just a 3 block walk to the Moscone Center. Arie (and Jamie) were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely stay again if an appropriate cleaning service was completed prior to my arrival.

The apartment is decent but fairly spartan. Pros: the beds are comfortable and the linens and towels were clean, the pullout couch worked well, the building is very nice and quiet, wifi worked, and the place was otherwise as advertised. Cons: we had to ask for hand towels and a second key fob, no soap for shower, the carpets hadn't been vacuumed, there is no TV, no screens on the windows, and the outdoor deck is frequented by pigeons.
One thing you want to take into account before you stay here is the somewhat dicey neighborhood. 6th Street between Mission and Market is run down and frequented by homeless people, drug users and sex workers. If you're not a well seasoned city type, you may want to stay elsewhere. That being said, I had no problems, and if you avoid 6th Street it's not too bad.
Also, I guess the hosts are having some problems with building management and using the apartment as an Air B&B, so we had to meet the host's friend in the alley to get keys and enter the building in the back, which did seem a little shady.
All that being said, the stay was uneventful and worked well for our purposes, and with a little sprucing up the place would be closer to four stars.
We stayed there with two persons for a business trip.
Nice quiet and modern apartment, very central. You can reach Moscowne Center in 10 minutes by feet although Union Square is not far away.
Nice little restaurants and bars around the corner.
A little bit cold without any pictures or decoration. Only the basic furnitures, no TV or radio. At least wifi was there, which gave us some entertainment.
One thing that disappointed us a little bit. It was not well cleaned.
Even as we asked for cleaning the bathroom, and somebody was there we had to do it for ourself again. Not o.k if you being charged for cleaning...
Great space, well located. Comfortable
Great apartment! Clean, bright, very convenient - close to everything, especially to the Moscone center where we had a tradeshow. Arie was a great host, very friendly. We would definitely return here for a next trip!
Arie's place was clean, spacious and well situated for our conference. Arie was very sympathetic and quick to reply every time. I strongly recommend him for your trips, business or casual.

It was great to meet Aries colleague who was attending a conference across the road. They were great guests & left our apartment perfectly! I would be more than happy to welcome them back to stay again & would recommend them to all other hosts.

Arie was a wonderful guest. He was easy to work with and really friendly. He left the apartment in perfect condition. I hope to have Arie back as a guest soon!
I just simply say Arie was the best guest in my hosting history.
True. He is the most clean and very organized gentle man, much better than me I guess.. No.1 Guest Guaranteed.
