David had some mix up wih his reservations, he figured out on saturday, that his bus is leaving on the same day and not on Sunday as he previously thought. He asked to get back cash, I had no problem helping him but I prefered to have it the proper way and cancel the last night via airbnb. They have done it, I aproved the modification and their money for the last night was fully refunded. David was keep asking me for more money. I feel very hurt, that he does not apreciate all our efforts to accomodate him and to help him out financially. I did warn him about the unexpected situation wih a newborn and suggested him to cancel as I was afraid that he might be disturbed. I am sorry that David feels so angry and left this untruthful review and I hope he will ge back on his feet finacially.
