We wanted to get together with 5 of our children and picked Cincinnati so that no one has to drive very far (some will fly into Cincinnati). Three of our kids are married with young children, and the other two are college aged. All of them were on their high school swim team, so the pool is great. My husband and I ran cross country and track, and our six children did also. We all still run for exercise and enjoy backpacking when we can. It is not easy to find a time that all of the kids are free, and renting vacation homes allows us to squeeze visits into a long weekend. Mostly we talk and play games - "Ticket to Ride" is the current favorite which we highly recommend. Our Children also want to make a visit to the IKEA store. I'm not sure what else to say. We just enjoy getting together and observing how our grown kids interact and support each other, and there is nothing more fun than watching the little "cousins" who rarely see each other pick up right where they left off at our last visit. We are grateful for a place to spend a weekend just being a family.
