I am a World traveler, a Market strategist, and a dog lover. I am currently living in San Francisco
Cheryl is the absolute best! This review will not do her justice, but I will try. From the first initial contact Cheryl was friendly, responsive and very helpful. I booked the place for 3 of our out of town employees and they loved it. She met w/ them at check in and answered all of their questions. My employees LOVED this place, it was so cultured and open and light - they had the best time. I think this will be my go to whenever our out of town employees come to SF. It's also very very close to everything. Cheryl is one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had! She is amazing!
Cheryl is one of the kindest, most generous people I've ever met. She truly invite you into her home and takes care of you throughout your stay. You will be happy you stayed in San Fran with Cheryl.
Great host and a very creative vibe in Cheryl's home. There are some great restaurants nearby. Anything we needed our host could not do more.
Cheryl is an astounding host.
Communications were friendly and clear. Cheryl met us at the apartment, and was totally flexible about our arrival time and messiness. Inside - she'd laid out florentines, biscuits, a bowl of fresh fruit, wine, beer, and the apartment has a "take one, replace one" policy, so is super well stocked with snacks and food and drinks on arrival. Fantastic!
The apartment is brilliant fun: very big, and effectively there are 3 sleeping spaces with good futons, one kitchen-hangingabout area, a lovely garden, and a decent bathroom. Cheryl provided all the towels and linens we needed, and the bathroom was stocked with soaps and shampoos too. There's even a shuffleboard table.
The area is awesome: a super bit of SOMA, and in a quiet residential street. Lovely. We had a perfect week. Thanks Cheryl!
This place is lovely and perfectly located, very central and easy to get around.
Cheryl was the most amazing and caring host I've ever had with airbnb (seriously!), and she herself is a good reason to stay in this place!
There was food to welcome us, a fridge full of things to eat and drink, and a lot of space, even a garden with fireplace / BBQ, a table to sit outside and smell the jasmine flowers.
If we had wanted to hold a conference, we could have done so in the big extra room for events. But we were happy with the rest of it. The kitchen / eating room is the center of it all. Layout is unconventional with lots of windows, decoration worth looking at for a bit longer - lots of statues, a lot of art.
It's just 2 blocks away from Market Street. We often could walk home from wherever we were.
In short: I already miss Cheryl, her funny little dog and this place with the Jasmine smell!
Cheryl was so hospitable, and the house was beautiful. We really enjoyed our time there and felt at home. She even left a bottle of wine for us and the kitchen was fully stocked! I loved the shuffleboard table, too.
Cheryl was very kind and accommodating. The house was beautiful and perfect for our needs. Our overall experience staying here was wonderful and I just wish I was staying there now. Truly an escape and super quiet for being located in the city!
Very unique space. We weren't there for long but communication with Cheryl was always great. Wifi worked perfectly and it was extremely quiet inside. Location was great too!
Cheryl was absolutely a fantastic host. She went above and beyond for us and I truly couldn't be happier with the experience. The space was exactly what we needed and we were all very pleased with the deal. Cheryl was flexible, communicative, and most of all, warm and welcoming. We will definitely be renting her space again in the future.
Cheryl was a great host and made sure we were comfortable the whole time! Her place is huge and looks amazing. Very good position away from the chaos of the Mission but very close to everything. Would highly recommend staying here!
Thanks again Cheryl.
All I have to say is perfect guest! Welcome anytime :)
I did not see much of Cheryl, but she was a very courteous and considerate guest. I would be happy to have her back in my home any time.
Hi, my name is Francesco and I've been Cheryl's friend for over ten years. We worked on a few projects together first in Italy and then in San Francisco: Cheryl was of big help when it came to open my restaurant here in the city.
She is a very smart and honest person. Dog lover.
If you like to meet smart/artistic/intellectual people you'd love to stay at her space!
