Appartement agréable, au calme mais un peu loin du centre ville. Rapport qualité prix intéressant.
What a fantastic apartment to base yourself in whilst visiting la spezia and the Cinque Terre. 20 minutes walk to train that take you to the Terre and 20 kins walk to Ferry that does the same. Although there was a series of stairs to climb to reach the apartment on a 3return journey they were manageable. We were picked up by the hosts from train on arrival which made check in very smooth. Cute and cosy studio, substantial cooking facilities and cosy bed. Bathroom had everything you needed although plumbing does make some strange noises. Beautiful views of the bay and mountains. Very peaceful. We recommend.
This apartment was a neat little apartment in a great part of La Spezia. We appreciated having a car to avoid the climb up the hill, especially after the Cinque Terra hike. Thanks for a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
The apartment is lovely and well-equipped for a comfortable stay in the Cinque Terre region. Emanuele and Barbara met us and ensured that we had everything we needed for our three-night stay. We prepared several meals and found the kitchen perfect for our needs. Cinque Terre is easy to reach from La Spezia, either by car or train, which we would recommend given the parking challenges in the villages. The apartment is a bit difficult to find, so communication with the hosts is essential if you are unfamiliar with Italian street layouts. Parking is available, but sometimes a bit of a challenge. Despite that, we would definitely stay here again.
It was very kind of Emanuele and Barbara to pick us up at the station, otherwise we would never have found this apartment. It is small but beautifully appointed, especially if you like flowers! We enjoyed the walk to and from the station (we were walking in Cinque Terre) but that last set of steps is a killer if you've been out walking all day! E&B recommended Dal Duca (beside the COOP supermarket) to us, and it was so good we ate there twice, an enthusiastic english-speaking chef and amazingly good value-for-money. We enjoyed our stay here, thank you Emanuele e Barbara
SEJOUR TRES SYMPATHIQUE
endroit propre et tres agréable
I loved our little apartment. Make sure he shows you where the lighter is for the stove- It is teeny tiny- way smaller than I EXPECTED! But it is sweet and adequate. Although, La Spezia is not the best location to be going to Cinque Terre. I pictured a quaint little village, but it is a big city. Bus stop is outside apt but makes infrequent runs. Took us a while to make our way to Cinque de Terre the first day, but we made it. Have him call taxi for you if you do not speak italian!
Apartment was great! Small but sufficient space. Expect to walk up the hill but views and location worth it! Emanuele and Barbara were lovely hosts.....English not great but very hospitable and accommodating. Great value for money, apartment had everything we needed! Would stay again!
The apartment is small but very cute! It's clean and has everything you need. The view is great but the walk from the station is quite long.
House was small and simple - but had everything we needed (except for wifi). Bit of a walk to the train staion but we enjoyed it. Hosts were perfect and kindly picked us up from the train station on arrival. Would definitley recommend to anyone looking to explore Cinque Terre.
