I am from Denmark, I live in Aarhus to be precise. I am still studying (Aesthetics and Culture @ the Humanities/Arts faculty) but my thesis should be finished soon. I own an apartment here in Aarhus, where I live with my girlfriend Ann Louise (who studied Arts History till she graduated and got a administrative job at the University). I am sort of writing this profile to represent us both as we're pretty much joined at the hip in regards to traelling but I still won't presume to write about Ann Louises interests for her, so it will still be mostly about me, and she is my better half so whatever you come to think of me our joint impression is much better.
As for interests I pride myself of a love of film and bass tone producing instruments of all varieties, but as an occupational hazard I cannot express myself in any brief way about these interests that overlap with my studies! Cooking on the other hand is a subject that I approach much more freely and feel no less passionately about. Lately cooking with free stuff found in our nearby forest have become the obsession of choice, although simmering things in big pots and achieving a perfect bread without a clay owen never seizes to occupy my mind. When we travel it is always food that becomes the focus of sightseeing(tastetasting?), produce markets and bakeries are among our top priorities along with flea markets - Our joint interest in modern arts exhibitions and churces (the latter mostly in Europe - no offence world) may be what we photograph the most but they don't seem to figure so strongly in our memories.
I don't know what else to rant about, i'll append it some time. Hopefully I have made some impression of serious yet interesting people who are housebroken and outgoing -we are - to some extent.
