We had a lovely time at Nick and Bailey's place! The location was near to the waterfront and had a really nice view.

Since I arrived after mid-night, I was so surprised by his warm welcome! Nic helped with the bags and got me settled in my room very quickly without any problems. Would strongly recommend a stay at this location!

Nick and Bailey were incredible hosts. Very friendly and fun to hang out with. Super knowledge about the area and fun things to do. The place is also in a great location in Cape Town - close to bars/ restaurants, safe, and clean. I would highly recommend.

Spent a magnificent 5 days in Cape Town... and this in part due to the excellent experience I had with this Airbnb listing. The location in Green Point is perfect, close to bus routes and to a main street with restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The hosts were very friendly, open, easy going, which helped connect from the get go and have a great time; but they also respected my privacy. I would recommend this private room for everyone!

Studio 47 was a fantastic apartment and best location if you are going to the CTICC, 5 minute walk, also close to Hop-on-Hop-Off Red bus, and restaurants. Clean place with nice amenities, Smart TV, washing machine, Ironing. Louw was very accommodating and available. Building with Hi-tech security system, a plus for single women. Thank you!!
