Louise was at the cottage for a quick visit. A very pleasant person to communicate with. Left the place looking wonderful. I highly recommend her.
This was a bit of an odd situation. It was the first time in hosting that I did not get the opportunity to greet a guest upon arrival. Although Louise previously arranged with me to meet within my available time for greeting guests, it turned out she could not ultimately honor this commitment. Since it has never happened before that I've just let my front door open for the guest, to help themselves to the room after I had retired for the night, I didn't realize quite how awkward I would feel with the situation of never having met the guest who was staying with me. In the entire time she was in my home we never had the opportunity to meet. I regret she found a hair on the sheets. Don't quite know how that might have happened unless the cat crawled inside the dryer.
Response from Louise:
I loved your home I was unable to leave mgh. because of a crisis. I apologize for the inconvience. All the best to you .
Louise was a great guest, quiet, neat, and clean; she's welcomed back to our place anytime!
Louise was is a hard-working nurse who needed a little respite in the midst of a grueling schedule. She was in all ways a perfect guest--conscientious, considerate, and clean. As a person, she was warm and friendly. We can happily recommend her to other hosts.
Peter and Louise were a pleasure to host, and would be welcome back anytime. They communicated their needs clearly and openly, and were respectful of ours. They left the room clean--even stripped the beds before they left. They were very interesting to talk with, but would have been quite self-sufficient if we had not had the time. We enjoyed hosting them thoroughly, and recommend them highly.
Louise is a wonderful and hard working nurse at MGH. I am so lucky to have her as a colleague and friend. She lives a good distance from the hospital and I know would love a place from time to time that is closer to work. She would treat your home as if it was her own.
