Johanna was respectful of the house rules, left the apartment clean and was easy to get in touch with so as a guest she was fine. My issue with her was her extremely harsh, inaccurate, and misleading review. She showed up earlier than instructed and still complained that she had to wait in her review stating that the check in process was disorganized though she was give very specific instructions. She was impatience in that she didn't allow a timely response with correspondence (didn't even give me 24 hrs though I responded immediately first thing in the morning) before seemingly raising concern with customer service at Airbnb (though I had already emailed her). She even went as low as saying that the overall aesthetic of my place was that of a recent dorm room inhabitant which was implies of sense of cheapness, dirtiness, and messiness...not true at all...you can be the judge yourself: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/1048688
I'm sure she is fine as a person and a guest and I probably just got her on a bad day. She got an extremely good deal on a nice apartment but still managed to nitpick and complain in a very rude, misleading and public way. I would never rent my apartment to her again.
