Thaya's apartment was extremely clean, and the neighborhood is very convenient with grocery stores and the subway nearby. I enjoyed my stay here!
The reservation was canceled 72 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Thaya is a very hospitable host, always ready and willing to help. I didn't see her a lot because she was working, but she was very professional and flexible with respect to check-in and check-out hours. The kitchen and the bathroom were nice and clean. Great location for subways.
Spent 4 days in New York and really enjoyed staying in Thaya's apartment - I was there on business and she was busy with her business as well, so did not see her much.
The place was very clean and super good location in a great part of NYC.
Thaya was also kind to provide good coffee, milk, orange juice, organic cereals - greatly appreciated.
Great value for money. I can just confirm all the good that has been told about this place. I didn't see Thaya very much becouse she was very busy. Despite this she was alwais ready to help me for everything. She provide me with brekfast and fresh towel for all of my stay and that was very nice of her.
The place is also very well connected with subway just across the road and lots of restaurant and bars all around. Highly raccomended.
The sleeping area is nice and spacious. Privacy is ensured by a folding screen. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is functional. The apartment is very clean. The nearness with the subway is very practical. My schedules did not allow to see often Thaya, but she always watched that I lacked nothing. Neighboring service station causes unpleasant odors, but I got accustomed quickly.
I really enjoyed staying here! First of all, the location is very good- it's next to a bunch of cool restaurants and shops, but it's not noisy at night. The apartment itself is great, too. The bed is very comfy. The kitchen is a bit small, but it's well-equiped and there's a stove, so I was able to cook for myself. There's also a microwave for warming up leftovers. Also, Thaya provided breakfast- milk, orange juice, cereal and yogurt- which was very nice of her. Overall, a great experience!
I loved staying here. As others have mentioned: Thaya is a wonderful host, the neighborhood is great, the mattress is very comfy, the bathtub great for a soak, the space cheerful and there is a even a great table for working. Everything you need and nothing that you don't. Thanks for a great stay!
Thaya's place is really lovely. She gives you keys and provides food and there's a nice closet space and little table and chair. My only note would be, if you plan on bringing take-home food with you, know that there's no oven or microwave, only the stove to warm things up on.
Thaya was a great and very hospitable host. The room and bathroom was nice and very clean. I really enjoyed staying at Thaya's place. Definitely recommend and would stay again :)
