Really nice stay with Jason, we felt so comfortable. His house is so nice and close to everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again one day!
Jason was a great host. Very friendly, had good suggestions as to places to check out and super accommodating. The apartment is clean, comfortable and located in a fun, convenient part of town.
Jason is a wonderful host who truly enjoys sharing his home with NOLA visitors. Even though we'd never met Jason it felt like we were staying at a friends house. We shared some great conversations, cups of coffee, and even watched a bit of soccer before heading out for our adventures.
Jason's home is charming, clean, and cozy. We love Magazine Street and his home is sandwiched between some of our favorite spots. Street parking is plentiful and free, just make sure there isn't a parade that day ;)
We hope to get back to NOLA soon and will definitely stay with Jason next time we visit.
I stayed at Jason's house for one night. Jason was great. He responded quickly to my emails, was welcoming when I arrived and helped me with the whereabouts of the neighborhood. The house was clean and ready for my arrival. The location is in a fantastic neighborhood in the heart of uptown and down the street from all your basic needs (grocery store, pharmacy, shops, etc.). I would stay here again.
Jason was very welcoming! We told him a time window when we expected be there, and he was very flexible with our arrival time. As a host, he is kind, polite, and respectful of privacy. When we got there, the place was just as was described on his listing. There were fresh towels, a comfy bed (loved the pillows!), and a mini fridge with snacks. The neighborhood is on the parade route, so expect to see beads in the trees! There are great shops in the immediate vicinity, including coffee shops, a whole foods, a walgreens, bars and restaurants, and clothing and furniture boutiques.
Jason was a most welcoming and accommodating host and opened his home up to us and made us feel right at home. We didn't realize when we made the reservation just how great his neighborhood is and perfectly located to explore other parts of New Orleans once you have exhausted the French Quarter and an easy trolley ride to get there. Wholefoods is just up the street if you need it and restaurants abound in his neighborhood.
We had a great stay with Jason, his home was a perfect setting for our trip. Jason was very helpful with any questions we had about places to go and the best way to get there. We were in walking distance to many restaurants, Audubon Park and plenty of shopping. The Bus stops close by when we wanted to goto the French Quarter. Jason's home is very comfortable we had everything we needed. The location of the home is beautiful and safe. Would definitely stay with him again.
Jason was SO accommodating and his place is in such a great location. We're new to Airbnb and didn't totally understand the pricing for extra guests and he was great in his understanding. All he wanted was to make sure we had the best stay possible. Being right on Magazine Street was perfect for us to get to Tulane and have fun places to go within easy walking distance.
Jason was a fantastic host! Knowledgeable about the city and the surrounding neighborhoods, clean/warm/cozy room full of towels, water bottles, snacks and beer in the minifridge. He had a well stocked bathroom for us, as well which was nice. Super friendly, helpful, and the house was on a fantastic street, far enough away from the city downtown center but close enough to access via walking, biking, or bus #11 we took often. Thanks again, would stay here again if we returned to Nola.
This was my first time using Airbnb and I will definitely continue to do so. Jason was great. His home and neighborhood were lovely. The bedroom was so comfortable that we overslept!
I was out if town and didn't get to meet Jason, but he left the room neat and clean. Communication was good.
Jason was a great guest - laid back and independent. He was looking for housing while here and spent his time out for much of the time but was great for conversation.
Jason is an excellent guy and an great guest! He is friendly and pleasant, communicates clearly, tells a good story, treads lightly, and even recommends good journalism articles. It was a pleasure to host him - he's highly recommended.
Jason is an ideal guest. We have been friends for a long time, so when Jason needed a place to crash after an in-town wedding, I was happy to have him stay. I couldn't recommend any one as a guest more highly.
Jason was awesome! He was like an Airbnb pro! Totally had plans for his trip, was out and about a lot, but completely respectful and cool when he was here! I think he had a great time and he was a great guest! Would def recommend him and he is welcome to stay again!
Jason was a wonderful guest! Clean, respectful and great company. He arrived right on time and was great conversation over dinner. Overall he was the perfect guest for my first airbnb experience!
Jason is a regular guest at my house, and is the friend I rely on to check in guests for my Airbnb guestrooms when I am out of town. His attention to detail and gentle manner make him the perfect guy for the job. Its always a pleasure to have him around, and he's just the kind of guy you'll want to stay with when you're out of town. He immerses himself in the neighborhood and knows all the coolest spots. I really couldn't think of a better person to be an Airbnb host!
Jason is just a great guy, hands down. He's a regular hockey watcher, stoop sitter and cycle buddy at my house. When he comes over, he's the guy that will get up to get beer for everybody, show up with chorizo from his favorite little hole in the wall butcher for quesadilla night or do a dish or ten. If he stays at your place, be sure to ask him about his adventures in small business. Stories for days!
I have known Jason since 1997. In fact, we used to live together, and have remained great friends ever since. Not only is he a kind and respectful dude, he's smart, funny and just a great person to be around. He stays over my Grandma's house in Virginia sometimes, and she has a HUGE crush on him. I'm surprised she even lets him leave. You will also enjoy Jason's company. Perhaps (and hopefully) not as much as my Granny, but rest assured he's a considerate and amiable housegeust, and a fantastic person.
Jason is one of my oldest friends, chronologically and in terms of how long we've known each other. HA HA! I kid. He's the bee's knees. And one of the best guests ever invented by Courtesy Magazine. He always brings thoughtful presents and is up for whatever the evening brings. I don't really understand what this is a reference for. He is a great and fantastic human being. Have him rent your house and breathe easy!
