Hi, and welcome to my place in Tel Aviv!
Besides the city, I also love snowboarding and travel the world.
Feel free to contact me with any questions you might have, and I'll be happy to give great tips for a local-style holiday in the city.
Real sweet apartment in the best area you could ask for in Tel Aviv, close to all the coolest pubs, coffees, shopping areas, not far from galleries and museum and a pleasant 10 min. walk to the beach.
The apartment itself is homie, warm, comfortable and has everything you need for a stay in town.
Dani was a great host - welcoming and caring along our whole stay. In addition, the price she asks for is low and totally worth every cent!
We stayed at Dani's apartment in January 2014. It is a decent room in a great location for a good price. Dani was very helpful and provided some really great recommendations for places to eat and drink. Everything went very smoothly with checking into and out of the apartment.
We had a car, and navigating/parking around Tel Aviv can be a nightmare. Dani's place is a short walk from the Disengoff Center, which has a parking lot on the roof (60 shekels for up to 24 hours; no coming and going). Getting there from the highway is straight-forward by Tel Aviv standards and finding the parking lot wasn't too hard. There are also some great bars and restaurants nearby, including a cafe attached to the building that has great breakfast. We could walk to pretty much anywhere in Central Tel Aviv from the apartment.
Those were some big pluses. The drawbacks were that we could not get hot water for showers, the bed was only so-so, and the lack of a bathroom door means there isn't much privacy if you are staying with someone.
Overall, I would recommend this place, but be prepared for the amenities to be adequate but nothing special. I also think it would be a tight squeeze for three people.
excellent location for a bargain price. Basic apartment (for spoiled 40+ couple) but very pleasant and with everything needed. Dani was a great host - checked in with us a few times; when we needed an extra blanket got it to us within a few hours etc'.
Because the weather was nice we slept with some of the windows slightly open - the noise in the early morning from garbage trucks and/or buses (though the apartment does not face the busy street) woke up the light sleeper but not both of us and wasn't a major issue.
Would definitely stay in this apartment again. Thanks Dani
Parfait. Dans un excellent quartier mais très au calme
Dani's place is in a great location, near Dizengoff street. There is a busy street near by, but if you close the windows then there is no problem with street noise. Would definitely stay there again for my next visit.
This place is really substandard. OK for backpackers, But not for travelers seeking a safe and attractive building.
First, after a long plane ride, I arrived and there was no key where indicated. . I had to track down the owner to tell me where it was. And then no instructions - wifi, tv, water heater, etc.
More important - there is no security. The building, just off a major street, has no lock on building entrance. In fact, the entrance door is wide open day and night. . There is garbage in the front, and litter, scattered papers inside the main entrance.
There is a lot of noise from street, especially as it is main route for buses.
The apartment is a studio. With a toilet adjacent to shower, no space separating them. Then, only a plastic screen door between the bathroom and the bedroom. One towel - cheapest and flimsiest material.
The studio is drab. You get none of the great light of Tel Aviv. The furniture is what a college student might expect, though the bed was comfortable.
You can do much better in Tel Aviv.
Had a very good time. The location is truly excellent. Dani was a great host and helped us with any question we had. would highly recommend it
I stayed @ Danis for 2 weeks and I totally recommend it. Actually, it was my first time using airbnb, and I had my husband and 4 year old daughter with me - so I was sort of terrified. In fact, it turned out to be an amazing experience. The place is simple, clean, well organized, its more spacious than it looks in the pictures, it accomodated the 3 of us perfectly. Dani is super nice and professional - she attended each and every request i had. The location is absolutely perfect. You are like max. 20 min walk from everywhere - although you have planty of great bars & eateries just around the corner. And a 24-hour supermarket, and laundry and.... plenty of parks and small playgrounds for little children less than 5 minutes away. So yeah, absolutelly.
A great location. A fantastic experience. It was a pleasure dealing with Dani and her very nice family.
