The house is undergoing changes at the moment and some of the furniture is being replaced for newer furniture. Latest pictures will be coming very soon, however, they are improvements, not changes for the worse. If only Maria had communicated with me while staying, she may have been happier perhaps. The sofa bed that she says was too small, does open up to a double bed, although it is quiet obvious, if she has asked I would have shown her how it opens up completely flat for two people. She also didn't let me know that the bed linen was not sufficient. I am there to help guests when things are not right, I wish she had communicated with me more. As for the car tyre again, Airbnb and myself are there to help, if she had informed us. Maria, you should still get in touch with Airbnb with regards to claiming back tyre costs, I spoke to Airbnb and they said you would need to get in touch to see if they can help you, I only found out about this after Maria left, via the review system.
