I grew up in the U.S, and my husband Austin grew up overseas. He's a public policy researcher, wants to do something else, and I'm currently trying to find an alternative career route. He's an introvert. I'm an omnivert, as I've heard it casually called. He generally avoids conversation with strangers, and I often find myself sharing intimate details of my life with them and they with me. However, as a team, Austin and I are best friends that generally like to fly without a crew, but that doesn't mean we won't stop to ask a friendly face for directions.
We're great guests - clean, quiet, and mostly private. We are grateful when someone welcomes us into their home. We're laid back, and we love the positive energy that pets give to a home. So, if you have them, we'll love on them. We have three cats we love dearly and recently had to say goodbye to our dog of 13 years. He will be missed.
Austin and I make an amazing team, but don't challenge us to a game of basketball because we'd probably lose. Pictionary? Good luck. We love dancing, are pretty good, but don't get to do it much. We love singing, with one of us being good, and I won't say who. We one day hope to have our own tiny restaurant and our own hot air balloon, the latter being a pipe dream, but who can say. We prefer the city life on one end and the wilderness on the other but love the nooks and crannies of the world in between and the people we meet along the way. Care to host us? Care to find out who has the better singing voice? At a discount, we may let you find out, but we're flexible on that.
