I'm an urban planner on a mission to see the great cities of the world. I'm quiet, clean, friendly, and respectful and am always up for a good conversation or story. I spend a good deal of time writing and walking when visiting new places. I'm very low-key: I'm happiest with a small group of friends talking over a simple meal or learning about the history of a place I'm visiting.
I come from a large family, so know how to share space and get along with others. Teach me something about your language or about your neighborhood and I will be forever grateful!
Places I've traveled: East and west coast of the United States, Alaska, Iraq, Mauritania, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary.
Places I'd like to travel: Spain, France, Morocco, Jerusalem, Poland, Egypt, Syria, Pakistan (esp. Lahore), India, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kenya....oh the list goes on.
My favorite books include any of the Frank McCourt memoirs, the Prophet by Khalil Gibran, Road to Mecca by Muhammad Asad, Fruitless Fall, and Meatless Days.
My life's mission is to never be unhappy or discontent for more than two days in a row.
