I ordered a replacement and when we took the cover off after you left there was a bright red tag that said "remove before operating" Whoops, sorry about that! We'll figure out a better heating solution for your next trip and leave a card with the wifi access codes in the unit. Thank you again!
Thank you Josiah. We appreciate the feedback and will leave more instructions for things like the heater. And you're absolutely right, it hadn't occurred to me but we should update the photos. Those were staging photos from when we bought the building, but I can see how that is not obvious. My apologies. It does say in the Description that it is a flat with the upper two floors converted into a second unit, but I'll try and make that more obvious. Thank you again.
