Hello! I'm Vladislav. I'm artist. I live in the centre of Moscow, Garden Ring (Sadovoe Koltso), and you can find a terrific view to the Kremlin Stars from the window. Enjoy your staying in my home!
My friend and I decided to meet New Year in Moscow and stayed at Vladislav's apartments. we wasn't mistaken because Vladislav is the greatest host and his home is a perfect place to spend a good time especially in romantic way. The room we were living in was comfortable enough: there were a big window with balcony and magnificent view of Moscow center; a lot of different books; candles always burning; a bad for two persons; wooden furniture; paintings on the walls and lounge music coming from small recorder.
Our host was extremely attentive and careful and didn't disturb us, that is the main. Otherwise, Vladislav as an artist is very intelligent and original person with whom you could have an interesting conversation about everything in the world. Met him once, we are still friends and keep connecting to each other. Also Vladislav is a wonderful cook and writer. That's why you should ask him to prepare a splendid coffee for breakfast or to read one of his stories for you before going to sleep:)
Another important reason is a location of Vladislav's house in a very center of Moscow, from where we could get every point we wanted. So, as a result, we were glad to spend our holidays like this, and if you want the same - just click on Vladislav's room and you won't be regretted!
The best feature of this apartment is its location. If you are looking for comfort and privacy, this is not the place. The host is definitely a character, and if you are not used to the authentic Russian style of hospitality you might feel uncomfortable.
I was influenced by the rather positive, partially enthousiastic reviews of other guests. What I witnessed was truly a horror. I have never in my life spent money for a place which is so dirty, unkept and its owner Vladislaw is a hopeless drunkyard. The pictures of this dump in airbnb are totally misleading. When I arrived at his place he was not even home.
I do not want to spend more time on reporting on this nightmare, I trusted airbnb and paid in advance, so no chance to move out and claim refund.
I believe a place like this would be shut in almost any decent country by the public health officials. This man needs medical attention.
I am sorry to not being more positive, but this is my truth here.
The apartment is spacious, a bit timeworn, in a beautiful and central neighborhood close to the iconic Patriarch Ponds. The guest room is large and sunny; the bed felt a a little small for two people. As independent-minded travelers with our own agenda in Moscow we did not have a perfect rapport with our host. Vlad is very passionate about hosting and during our stay he obsessed over us, trying to cook breakfasts and dinners, share drinks and spend time together. When we kept our distance and avoided the house, he took offense. This was a memorable stay marked by many misunderstandings.
First of all its an amazing place..Right next to the metro station, imposing classical grand building, top floor with a panoramic view. The room is not just cozy, it is spacious and airy...
And our host... the artist Vlad is a character, you come across rarely..Warm and generous, not commercial minded at all, he is a great cook and is very considerate to his guests..Being a painter, naturally he lives in his own world, so some basic housekeeping issues are a bit neglected, but he is so eager to make sure that you are comfortable, that it makes upfor everything..
A great experience,, quite different from the usual hotel stay, and I would love to go back again, maybe with my girl friend next time..

I stayed at Vlad's apartment for 4 weeks. It was awesome! The room is exactly as advertised. The location is perfect! And in addition to the tip of one of the Kremlin towers, you can see 6 of the Stalinist 7 Sisters from the balcony! Vlad's a great host too. He kept asking if there was anything I needed, and if there was, he took care of it. Vlad's artwork is really awesome, and I hope that you get a chance to see it.
The apartment has a unbeatable location and is full of character; the room is big and has a wonderful view. Vladislav is a great host, and will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. He is a true intellectual, and if you like literature and art, you'll feel like to have found the perfect spot in Moscow!
Vladislav was really great host and his apartment was so romantic! All atmosphere of the flat is filled with art and inspiration. Nice vintage balcony, candles all around the room, masterpiece paintings, evening talks about art, all was great. We were really pleased to receive such a welcomed reception. Vladislav was very helpful at all aspects of our stay starting from showing us Moskow attractions and finishing with tasty dinners and breakfasts! =) If you drink tea, ask vladislav to made a cup of Carcade for you - it will definitely be the best one you ever try :)
And the last but so important: the apartment itself is situated in the very centre of Moskow, so you easily access all main attractions by foot!
