A nice cozy bachelor apartment, situated in a very convenient location! Everything was within walking distance from the apartment (space needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Pike Place Market, shopping downtown). The apartment itself was very clean. Joey was also very quick to respond to any questions I had. The only slight downside was that the apartment can get quite loud; because the flat is on the 7th floor right underneath the rooftop patio, we could hear all the party-ers jumping up and down one night with the club music blaring. The noise stopped at around 10:30ish 11 though (access to the rooftop patio supposedly ends at 10pm, I think), so if you're a late sleeper you should be fine.
Joey has a great place that's central to all of the destinations I visited. It's a pretty small place but I did not feel crammed even with a few suitcases and 2 people. His condo is the cleanest airbnb I've stayed at to-date and would definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Seattle.
Joey was a great host. The place was nicely located close to the Space Needle and Pikes market. The check in and check out process was easy too. Nice clean and modern place
Joey is awesome! I would absolutely recommend his listings to anyone. The apartment was exactly as he described. It was easy to find and he made it extremely easy to use. The location is perfect! So easy to walk/bus around Seattle, and right near the train to the airport. The bed was very comfortable, the apartment amenities were great and so useful, the apartment rooftop was awesome, and the neighbors in the building were very nice and friendly. Even though this location is right near everything, it is actually very quiet. Perfect place for a couple or single looking to visit Seattle.
This is a great budget option if you are looking to stay in the downtown/belltown area. The apartment is exactly as pictured - small but very clean, with basic amenities. Location couldn't be better as it's right in the heart of Belltown. There are a lot of great bars and restaurants just steps away, and it is an easy walk to downtown and Pike Place Market. Joey was very friendly and let us check in early, which was great.
I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a good BUDGET option, but there are a few cons to be aware of:
-The wifi didn't work. We did everything Joey said (unplugged and replugged the modem and wifi router, reset it, etc), but it never worked. The only way we could get internet access was to plug it in directly to our computer. Since we both needed access to our computers for work, this was frustrating as only one of us could use the internet at the same time. Lack of wifi also meant that we couldn't watch Netflix (or anything else) on the TV. If internet is important to you, that is something to consider.
-The keycard for the roof didn't work, so we had no roof access. This was a huge bummer as the roof deck was one of the main reasons we booked the place. Joey was apologetic about this, but was unable to do anything to get us roof access.
Overall we had a nice stay, and if wifi and roof access are not important to you, it's a good option for the area.
Joey took time to communicate with me before hand and to get things set up for us. The place was very much as expected and looked just like the pictures. It is clean and neat. It is in the heart of Belltown and within walking distance of Pike Place Market and in an area with lots of great restaurants and good bars. One of the reasons I picked to stay here was access to off-street parking, but there were some problems with it. It was a nightmare. I tried paying for the residence parking but could not access the garage and lost the $12 I paid. Street parking was easier but more expensive and limited by maximum times so you have to pay more often. It sucks waking up at dawn to move your car or feed the meter. Also, I was told that there would be WiFi but there was not. I tried calling Joey but my call was not returned.
Had a great stay at Joey's place. He gave us the 'okay' to check in a little early to accommodate our flight and everything went so smoothly. Saw in an earlier review Joey arranged for a hair dryer to be in the apartment for a guest, and I thought that was really nice and worked our for me great! The apartment had everything we needed for our stay-bed, microwave, fridge and bathroom. Would definitely recommend Joey's place :)
The condo is in a perfect location. Belltown is a great place to stay while in Seattle. Joey's very easy to communicate with. He picked up the phone the first time I called. The condo itself is very nice and simple. You have a comfortable bed, towels, a kitchen and a nice bathroom. It's a very nice complex. The only downside is parking (and where in Seattle is parking not a downside?). There is no specific parking that comes with the condo and sometimes it can be a bit confusing, but Joey is more than willing to help out with that. I highly recommend staying here.
Simple, basic, quiet apartment in a nice location. Thanks Joey!
Fantastic studio near pretty much everything in Belltown. I was on my bike for the trip, but noticed how easy it would have been to take the bus, given there's a main stop right out front. Nice discovery was the Vietnamese restaurant down the street, which served amazing Pho. The unit was very clean, nice fluffy towels, and a very good shower with lots of hot water. (makes a difference after long bike rides in the rain!). Thanks.
Joey is kind, clean, quiet, calm, respectful of others, highly recommended
