I have no received any email through Airbnb system and neither through my personal address reporting the alarm incident. This can easily be checked by Airbnb team. I was not aware of this issue and unfortunately I could not help.

I am sorry to hear that you didn't have a pleasant stay.
We have fun extractor in all our apartments, above the kitchen hobs but you have not switched on, although there was a note on the door informing our guests to ventilate the room while cooking.
With regards to my colleague, his job is not to open doors at 3am in the morning, specially when he is not informed by me. You have had my contact number and you could have called me directly.
