Kristen and Ron are two if the most awesome people we have met since moving to the US. My husband and Kristen work together and we've been close friends over the 4 years we've known them. We love going on snow hikes in Maine, driving up cape to snack at PB Boulangerie and then trek along the national sea shore. This year Kristen and Ron have very generously welcomed us into their home for the whole summer while we are out of our winter rental. It's been one hell of a summer! We've been on epic rafting adventures, had long chats lounging in their yard, we've cooked up amazing meals including grinding our own lamb, chicken, italian sausage and beef and bacon burgers. They're not afraid to break up the burger fest with some vegetarian meals too though. Kristen also makes the best vegan organic chocolate banana cookies in the world! And although there are 4 of us sharing one bathroom it has been totally fine (which amazes me!!). They are chill, easy going and generous folks, they're super friendly and funny, love the outdoors and both love to travel. You will totally love these guys, just like we do!
Kristen and her husband Ron are a lot of fun - they helped our trivia team to victory by providing such high quality answers as "Spinning Jenny", "Heart of Darkness" and "Pearl Jam". They are generous hosts when we come to visit their house, allowing us to relax in their zero gravity loungers while sipping on homemade seltzer. Kristen is awesome at Bikram Yoga and Ron could build you a new house. Definitely rent your place to them.
Kristen is one of my favorite people on the planet, but unfortunately, she lives across the country from me. This means, i've been a guest at her sweet pad in Cape Cod on several occasions, and i've also had the pleasure of hosting her in California a few times. I can definitely vouch for her hospitality skills (you'd be very lucky if she made you breakfast!) as well as her thoughtfulness as a guest. But beyond the obvious stuff (friendly, tidy, etc.), you'd be lucky to cross paths with this lady - her positive energy is infectious, her jokes hysterical, and her fearless sense of style is enviable.
