We really enjoyed our stay. The flat is well furnished and comfortable and well based for buses and trains into town. Lots to do round and about too. A lovely buzzy area close to markets, pubs, eateries and parks.
We had a fantastic stay with Susan and Roly. It's a great apartment with access onto the sunny garden, toys and art materials for kids. They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and our daughter loved playing with Nelly. They also made lots of good recommendations of nice restaurants and places to go as a family. The house is in a wonderful neighbourhood with plenty of buses and the overground train nearby. We went swimming in the London Fields Lido which is just 5 minutes walk away, ate delicious Italian at Lardo, went to the Growing Communities organic farmers market in Stoke Newington and spent lots of time in the Dalston Eastern Curve Garden which is a very special place. Thanks for your hospitality, we hope to come again!
Susan and Roland were very helpful and accommodating hosts. The flat was in a great location, was very clean and comfortable. The flat is extremely convenient for Broadway market, and has some lovely pubs and restaurants in easy walking distance. I would recommend booking this flat with Susan and Roland.
Roland and Susan are very nice throughout our stay. They provided help when I needed and the apartment have everything we needed. The location is great as the stations and stores are near.
Susan and Roland were very welcoming and accommodating. The flat was lovely and quiet, clean and comfortable, in a conveniently located area, a short walk to the overground station and Dalston High Street. Would look forward to staying there again. Highly recommended. Lots of stars.
Susan and Roland were great host. The location is perfect. Greeenwood road is a nice street, there is a small coffe shop nearby the appartment, easy to access with all the transportation ( bus , train). It's a perfect spot to enjoy London.
The appartment was really comfy with a nice decoration and huge rooms.
I can just highly recommended staying there.
As lovely as expected!
Great taste, nicely furnished.
Perfect for a couple with a young child. Joséphine (2yo 1/2) loved everything about Susan & Roland's house and we can't agree more!
Susan and Roland are very nice and friendly.
I can assure you they know how to make you feel like their house is yours.
The only thing missing (to our point of view) is a sofa.
Be sure we'll come back!
Very friendly hosts, excellent location in a quiet street. We were made to feel very welcome. Highly recommended!
This place was located very close to where we wanted to be and was handy the Ridley Road market. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean and the neighbourhood was safe and residential. The kitchen was well-equipped and the grocery stores were nearby.
We had a great time in the ground floor flat, which had a lot of charm. It was ideal for our 2-year old daughter with plenty of nice toys, guinea pigs in the garden just outside the kitchen, and she even got to borrow a scooter for a day in the Victoria Park. Susan and Roland were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay providing extra kitchen utensils, advice on getting around and things to do in London. The only downside was the bed, which was actually a futon and a bit on the hard side. The area is nice and everything within reach; buses, the overground, local grocery shops and cafes. We really appreciated a place where our hosts had booked a table for us the first evening; Lardo. Amazing Italian food and totally unexpected. We highly recommend this place to other families for a holiday stay in a quiet area in East London.
