Sorry you were so disappointed. However, I want to correct some things, that are taking entirely out of context and inflated.. We chatted with you when you arrived, and we told you we were extremely busy all week trying to stage our home for sale, as it was in the market, and getting the cattery ready for our Christmas Cats and we said we were utterly exhausted. We said we were exhausted do to this to you, as we sat in our chairs. So my comment in context was , my exact words were, 'we almost did not take the reservation' (due to our workload and house marketing) and that we were going to unlist our room due to *having it on the market*. It appears you took this casual comment to heart and in a personal way that was not intended and felt unwelcome. Any comments between my husband and I said out loud was of cancellation was to future bookings, but thought otherwise, to not cause disruption to anyone's plans. Perhaps I should have kept it to myself. I apologize for this if it unwittingly made you feel unwelcome and colored the whole stay Perhaps the mere fact that we were tired and went to bed early rubbed you the wrong way also, as you mentioned that you saw us briefly. For this, I do not apologize for being exhausted.
