Pascale's flat ia very cosy and clean, also is well located, easily accessible to most of seesighting places in Paris. My sister and I could fully enjoy Parisian life at her flat. Thank you.
a lovely spot...perfectly located and charming. Quiet, safe and a good night's rest. I would go back and Pascale was a lovely, communicative and organized host.
We consider it extraordinary good fortune to have stayed at Pascale's apartment for six nights. The apartment was warm and cozy, a delightful antidote to the almost inevitable drizzle and cold of late autumn in Paris. The apartment was clean and very quiet, yet located within steps of a market, cleaners, a post office and two main avenues. Pascale gave us helpful suggestions for sights and eateries and transportation. The apartment is also a short walk to three metro stops. We come to Paris often and Pascale's has become our favorite spot.
We stayed 3 nights at Pascales apartment. Everything is as the pictures show. The apartment was in a brilliant location with the arc di triompe just a few mins away and the Eiffel Tower and Louvre at walking distances. We would highly recommend staying at Pascales apartment. The communication prior to our trip and during the trip was excellent. The itinerary sent to us prior to our trip allowed us plan ahead and made sure we made the most of our stay. Pascales apartment is equipped with all essentials so pack lightly
Pascale's apartment is an excellent location. It is clean and very nicely appointed with lovely art work and furniture. The sofa bed was really comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with pretty much everything you could want. The immediate area offers lovely wandering, coffee drinking and good eating, while a 15-30 minute walk gets you to lots of places, including Place de la Concorde, and Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower which was our favourite evening stroll! This apartment does really offer a lot and we would certainly like to return in the near fufure.
It was our first experience on AirBnB and it indeed was a good one. Pascale was a lovely host. The accomodation was exactly the way it is shown in pictures. Since we had a packed itinerary, though we wanted to meet Pascale - we unfortunately could not except for a few hello and hi's. The apartment is very cosy (Parisian flat) and in my opinion best suitable for couples. The lift is very small but for us it was a unique expereince - it does become uncomfortable if you have luggage - but no complaints from us. The best part of the accomodation is that it is walking distance from major attractions including Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Champ Elysees and metro stations. Pascale provides very detailed instructions regarding use of equipments, tips on travel etc which were very handy. Access to hotspots too is very useful - especially when you are outside the apartment. We only wish we could stay longer. Thanks Pascale. Hope our paths cross in future.
Great location and super convenient! The host had very good recommendations for restaurants and cafes.
We spoke with Pascale a few times prior to booking her apartment for our stay, the amount of help / advice / information which she offered enhanced our stay in Paris and for that we are thankful.
The apartment was ideally located for our first time in Paris, after leaving the bus at the Arc De Triumph (and a few photos later) it was 7/10mins walks to the apartment without really knowing the area except from looking at maps.
Following the advice we had received in emails we were soon unpacked and heading down to see the Eiffel Tower lit up at night, again only about 5/7min walk to the Trocadero from the front door.
Over the weekend we got the metro here and there, yup; only a few mins walk away from the apartments front door we were able to get to a metro station to any place we wanted.
The closeness to these amenities may lead you to believe that the area was noisy, this is simply not the case.
My only 'negative' is that when Pascale knocked on the door to say hello one morning, I was in the shower and my girlfriend spoke with her, I would have liked to have said thank you personally but never got the chance to. The corner cafe you mentioned really does do excellent coffee!
Thank you again

Second time for Pascale into our home. We confirmed our previous excellent experience.
Pascale is a great person and we enjoyed having her as a guest. She is also a host, so we valued her opinion for our studio. She is an extremely experienced traveler , friendly and autonomous. We liked the fact that we were able to help her find an old friend of hers.We highly recommend her.
Pascale is an ideal guest. Well educated, lively and smart, very nice contact. I wishshe would become a friend.
Having known Pascale for 30 years, traveled with her and stayed in her apartment, I couldn't recommend anyone or place more highly. Her apartment is in an incredible location. She is gracious and will insure that your stay meets all your expectations. Rent from her and you will be pleased with your decision.
I've known Pascale since Mesopotamian times or so. She is possibly the most reliable person know, or even I've ever met. Well travelled, she is very open-minded about the idiosyncrasies of all and sundry, which makes for easy relationships between her and boardees. She has hue experience about accommodation in the most varied settings, so I would recommend sojourns in her flat unreservedly.
Staying at her place is just perfect, since she's helpful and adaptable. The location is swell, with the Etoile RER and underground close at hand. Highly recommended.
I have known Pascale for over 10 years and she always has been a great friend, ready to help and share her knowledge, her place, a meal, a laugh....Her apartment in PARIS is ideally located near the arch of Triumph and THE Champs-Elysees. What more could you ask for ? My home in the Caribbean (St Martin) is her home. As I travel a lot as well, our paths sometimes cross here or there ....I wish it were more often. Can't wait to see her again !
