Half french and half mexican, I've spent my childhood in India and some years in Poland. I like travelling. I like travellers and enjoy sharing with other cultures, other religions.
Marco's car broke down so I had to wait 2 hours for the keys. Unfortunately the drains were smelly. Marco offered to fix them but I only had 2 nights left so declined the offer.
This flat is inexpensive and in a good location, but those are the only two good things I am able to say about it. I specifically booked it because of the WIFI (a necessity for an international traveler) and the WIFI didn't work, which was extremely inconvenient.
The toilet being down the hall was also a pain. When we arrived there was no toilet paper or soap, so we had to purchase those items.
The photos in the listing were obviously taken when the place was freshly painted. The bed area is quite dingy and the walls are dirty. The floor was also pretty dirty. There were dead cockroaches in with the dishes and I saw a live one as well. The hot plate didn't seem to work.
I'm only 5'8" and had to duck in most spots in the flat. I would not stay here again.
We stayed at Marco's place for 7 days in September and we can recommend it for a good and cheap stay in a grat location. The studio is clean an well equipped, just as small as you can see in the pictures. The only inconvenience is that you have to watch your head all the time because of the low ceiling but generally the description in Marco's offer is very accurate :) We were only a bit disapointed by the wifi connection, we were able to catch it only at certain areas of the studio. All the time we had good communication with Marco, also he helped us to reach the studio from the airport what was really nice:)
Great location for great price! The studio is small but has everything you need. Good and quick communication with Marco.
Our stay at the apartment was simply wonderful! We loved it the location couldn't be better, near a promenade! And 5 min walk to the sea. We haven't met Magraner, but his friend welcomed us very warmly.
Magraner’s apartment is clean , small, but fully equipped with everything we needed. Good WiFi connection, the cooking facilities are fully equipped and we have a fridge to store our groceries. Definitely recommended!
Our stay in this tiny ville was nice. There is everything you need for spending a night and some little time during the day: a comfortable bed, a shower, a refregirator, a kettle, a table and a sink. There is even an air condition, and it helped a lot! Everything is in good condition and as it is in the pictures.
The other pleasant thing about the place is that it is really close to the beach - not more than 2 min on foot, and there is also a very nice Boulangerie very close.
Unfortunately Marco did not meet us on time and we had to wait for some time in the morning with no information what is going on. After midday he called me and told that his friend will arrive later and let us in. The further stay and communication was great!
The apartment is worth the money paid and I really liked it.
Me and my friend had the pleasure of staying in this great location in Nice. It is in the middle of all the great shopping and 2 min walk from the promenade! It is a very small place (around 6 sqm) so don't plan on staying in - but it is perfect for a central, affordable location for your summer holiday where you spend all your time outside anyway. We had a great experience with the host who was very easy to communicate with and was helpful every step of the way. We had a lovely time in Nice and were very happy with the arrangement :-) - Frida
The location is great. Keep in mind the ceiling is not really high. I'm 6' and I had to duck all the time.
Overall, great location and great value. Just watch out for your head. Everything in the description was also very accurate.
