I manage holiday apartments in Rome, Sardegna and Abruzzo. I like very much this job.
Lieu calme, pratique pour sa proximité des transports, des commerces et du vieux centre.
The apartment is very spacious. The bedroom ,bathroom and kitchen were clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped as well - for your coffee / breakfast / drinking need.
The mini-apartment is a part of a split apartment bnb (total of 3 guest rooms) in a very central place. Accessed by foot from the Piazza Barberini and many bus stations, and very close to a supermarket , Trevi , Pantheon and more.
Loris welcomed us in the apartment. He was very kind , explained about the area and gave us recommendations for restaurants (Baffeto #2 !) and general tips for recognizing tourist traps. In check-out, he let us keep our baggage afterwards inside the communal area, and gave us a key, so we didn’t have to waste time on luggage holding service.
The apartment was very nice. I like the location because both Villa Borghese and Villa Ada are very near, for walking and running. Getting the center is easy by bus or pleasant by walking through Villa Borghese. The apartment does not have any living space, so the kitchen is the central place. It is nicely furnished. The large bedroom has two extra fold-out beds, so there is potential for 6 in the apartment (4 + 2). I don't like the fact that Costanza added extra city tax upon arrival, and my son (age 19), who arrived first, said he did not feel well-respected by Costanza. Other than that, it was a nice place.
Lovely apartment, great location, fantastic host. Would highly recommend. What a great trip to Rome! Perfect!!
we have been a group of 4 people, the appartment was just perfect for our rome-trip.2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!! just a minute walk to the bus-station were you can reach the whole city. or just by walking! with the host, we didnt have any problem, it worked everything very well(also as i broke one key they helped immediately!)! very nice people!
i would recommend it!
Fabulous location. Three minute walk to Piazza Barbarini, 10 minute walk to Trevino Fountain, close to Metro, supermarket, 3 minute walk to Quarto Fountain, half hour walk to Colosseum. Great cafes & restaurants within 5 minute radius. Great to have privacy and space in Rome which is a luxury. Loris met us and was very friendly & helpful. Comfortable bed, coffee, jam, biscuits & juice supplied for breakfast was a treat. Highly recommend staying here for a memorable holiday in Rome.
The "apartment" or partial apartment is in a great location! This place is 1 apartment divided into 3 smaller units, great for a big family or groups of friends traveling together. The room is a good size with comforable bed, w small living area the bathroom (which for some reason periodically smelled eventhough it was clean). You can walk anywhere in Rome, there are lots of restaurants and eateries nearby. We were checked in by Loris, who could not have been nicer! If you have an issue Loris is right there to help! (we left an ipod in the taxi, and he helped us, as well as with a cell. phone service I bought)Truly charming and helpful! I would hope they change the old sofa in the living room (its very old and uncomfortable) But overall the apartment can be a great place to stay in Rome.
