I have worked for over 15 years as curator, producer and artist, with a broad range of European and American institutions at the cross-section of contemporary performance and time-based visual arts.

I have lived for 15 years in New York City, few years in Amsterdam and Berlin, but fell in love with Athens.

Currently I am working on a new co-production model for supporting contemporary performing artists whose art practice and means of production has become increasingly trans-national and borderless, while providing the tools for more dispersed strategies, means of support and production for their artistic work. The first meeting with a group of international curators and producers took place during SPRING Festival in Utrecht, May (phone number hidden).

From (phone number hidden) I was the Curator of Contemporary Performance at EMPAC (NY), commissioning new works by artists such as Ant Hampton, Eve Sussman + Simon Lee, Temporary Distortion, Lars Jan, Kris Verdonck, Ellie Ga and many others, as well as presenting the work of Rabih Mroue, Xavier Le Roy, Lisbeth Gruwez, Ralph Lemon, Marie Brassard, Clement Layes, Wojtek Ziemilski, Julien Maire, and other incredible artists.

From 2002-11, I was a Co-Artistic Director (in collaboration with Tzeni Argyriou) of (website hidden), a collaborative platform for experiments in the fusion of performing arts and old/new media.

From 1991 until 2002 I lived and worked and played in New York City, learning what it means to make, to make with others, and to play seriously.
