Mr. Yermani has high standards when it comes to the location he wants to stay, which is totally fine by me but he does not seem to want to pay the right price nor to listen or read the description.
They picked my place because they had a cancellation, and after him tell me that the was used to living in a VIP building and renting duplex, I specified to him that my apartment was definitely not a luxury unit, I told him and it is specified in the description that the train runs under my building so not good for light sleeper. There is an AC in the apt but apparently they did not use it. The windows open but apparently Mr. Yermani does not know how to open windows. Spanish Harlem is in Manhattan, it is popular, lively and vibrant. Contrary to what Mr Yermani thinks, it is not an underdeveloped neighbood with under educated people.
I am sorry you missed the real beauty of New York and I guess Times Square, your first choice, was definitely perfect for you.
