Noirin was a great host, everything worked uncomplicated even though it was very last minute.
The place is amazing with great views and we found everything we need to cook a lovely dinner in front of the fireplace.
We spent one night in Dingle for our honeymoon and we were beyond impressed by our host Noirin. She was there to welcome us upon arrival and we cannot say enough about how perfect the location and how lovely the apartment was. One night was clearly not enough, but it just means we will have to come back and stay again! Having been to Dingle a couple times, this is by far the best place to stay. The view of the harbour, privacy of the property and walk to town are all just perfect and not to mention that our host was gracious and even had a welcome binder of information for us! Cheers and thank you for making our trip memorable (despite the rain!) :)
I lived in Noirin's house with another two friends. This is really a nice house with beautiful view. We are just next to the fresh fish shop. Unfortunately the shop opened only from Monday to Saturday and finished before 4.30pm. If you are going to buy fish, do come earlier! There is also a SuperValu in the town. Noirin is also so kind that she provided us with a book full of useful information of local travelling. Thanks Noirin again! We had a really niace evening with the nice music and warm atmosphere! We like your CDs and books! You do have a very nice taste!
Our host Noirin, sent us some great directions to get to the apartment and we didn't arrive until late 9pm in the wake of storm Abigail so it was a relief to get there! Parking space just outside the front door. The apartment is very generous, 2 double size rooms and a shower room. The beds are extremely comfortable and towels provided were of good quality. Unfortunately the heating wasn't on when we arrived so it was pretty cold and we did feel that in the mornings it was really chilly. Luckily there is an open fire which we lit whenever we were in. The free wifi didn't work, we were advised that the router had been changed but again, the password wasn't accepted.
Noirin's place was exactly what we yearned for during our 3 day stay in Dingle…quiet, clean, simple, beautiful views, and easy access to the town, walking distance. Norine was a fabulous host, provided any and all necessary instructions for the use of her place, was easily contacted, provided helpful, useful guides and even offered for us to tag along with her hiking group, which, unfortunately we had to decline due to time constraints.
Dingle is a wonderful, magical place and we highly recommend it be on your itinerary when visiting Ireland. Absorb the many adventures during the day…hike Mt. Brandon, drive the Slea Head peninsula, walk through town, the harbor, the hills, hear local Irish music and enjoy good food and a pint in the evening….perfect!
Then go home to Noirin's place and enjoy a peaceful, comfortable nights rest, couldn't have been more suitable.

Our 4 night stay in Noirin's apartment in Dingle was all we could have asked for - and more! It's a lovely space - very comfortable and well-equipped. The coal stove made it very cozy on chilly October nights. The location couldn't have been better - with a wonderful view of the harbor and hillsides beyond town - and a short walk into the village. Finally, it was a pleasure to meet Noirin, and she was so helpful with suggested walks around the Dingle peninsula. This is an absolutely perfect place to stay for anyone looking to experience the town of Dingle and the surrounding area.
Noirin's apartment is great. We had everything that we needed here, and it was so lovely to be able to light the fire and just gaze at the beautiful view out the window in the afternoons, and then watch the town lights twinkle at night.
Two good size bedrooms, with a full kitchen, dining and living area. There is no tv which was hard for the two males for a short time, but then we read, and played cards, which was much more fun.
You are an easy 5-10 minute stroll into the town, which is simply gorgeous. So very colourful and fun to do some shopping in :)
Happy to recommend the town, the apartment the host and hope to get back to Dingle one day :)
This was the nicest place I have stayed in my last three vacations to Europe. The location was perfect, with a stunning view of Dingle Bay through the picture windows; the apartment was uphill just enough to offer a panorama with no obstructions. It was situated in a way that offered privacy and a sense of space while still being a short walk to the center of town.
Inside we found the best furnishings we've encountered to date: leather recliner chair and sofa, excellent beds with luxurious bedding, stacks of plushy towels - not the usual kits from IKEA! And the kitchen was fitted out with every convenience one could imagine, including an expresso machine, full sets of matching dishware and glassware, tea service, categorized recycling bins, good quality pots and pans, etc. etc.
The layout of the apartment gave the guests full privacy along with the security of knowing the host was next door in case of questions, such as when Noirin laid the fire in the fireplace because we didn't know how to use the coal pieces; or helped us set up a guided tour of the Ring road around the peninsula. And the fine service continued after we were gone, as Noirin mailed some things we inadvertently left in the apartment back to the U.S.
Cozy home! Very very easy to find, and extremely central to town. It took us about five minutes to walk into Dingle for dinner and a pint. Beautiful views, and a friendly cat to meet you when you arrive. Bed was comfortable, and Noirin was a very welcoming guest. I would DEF recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Dingle :)
My husband, cousin, and I LOVED our stay here at Noirin's apartment! The best I slept during my entire holiday was at this place. The accommodations were perfect, had amazing views, and everything you could've wanted to make yourself feel at home while away from home. We were also lucky enough to have the cat come say hello from time to time, too. Noirin left us wanting for nothing. This spot is a great gem.
Nóirín came to visit together with her daughter Ruth, son-in-law Lorcan and their baby Molly. The three generations from Kerry, who have been very instrumental in the wonderful Féile na Bealtine (an arts festival held in An Daingean/Dingle every May) came to ‘check out’ the equally wonderful Skibbereen Arts Festival held every July. So, hopefully, a bit of cross-cultural exchange took place. It was a pleasure to host them all and I would like to renew my own acquaintance with Dingle so, who knows, we might book in with Nóirín’s airbnb for the festival there next year.
It was an absolute pleasure to have Noirin & her family staying with us. & especially her gorgeous granddaughter baby Molly. We all got on so well & it was very relaxed-felt like having friends to stay . I love Kerry people!!!!!
Fue agradable recibirla una persona educada amable y simpática. Hubo una buena comunicación sin problema todo fluyó bien!
Rachel (Noirin's daughter) was only one night, she came very late at night and we were not able to chat gor long but she was ok
