Janet, as I wrote to you personally in a message earlier I believe that people like you do not understand the concept of airbnb. It is my home, not a hotel. After the favors I did for you accommodating your changing needs I can not believe that you proceed to be so critical.
1. Letting you come a night earlier, with out previous payment through airbnb, which I had to insist that you pay me when you arrived as at no point to you mention it. (It is impossible for me to remember ALL dates and arrival times especially if you do not take the time to update the change on airbnb nor pay for it). I always responded to you, and as you personally told me you have an old phone that doesn't work very well…..so it was your issue with communication, not mine.
2. After seeing your note (with the absurdly critical comments!)…I went out and bought a new table and a bulb immediately (within one hr!!)…..how can I replace a cracked sink in the 2 hrs time between when the next guests come? There are plugs in both bathrooms- again not my fault if you do not see them or bother to ask where they are. I will go into to details about every other absurd criticism….
3. The photos taken where when I lived in the apartment and in no part of the the advert of airbnb do I say there is a TV nor the exact furniture pieces!
4. I agreed to let you leave your BAGGAGE 4hrs longer than the check out time and whilst I was cleaning the apartment for the next guest you and your companion have the audacity to come back, be in the apartment, use the toilets (which I had just cleaned for the next guests), sit on the terrace eating pistachios making a mess (which i had just cleaned)……..then walk through the recently mopped floor….(recently cleaned for the next guest)…..need I say more to what kind of guest you where? And to to top it off you have the nerve to criticize….
I recommend you do not use airbnb again as you clearly have no idea what it is, go to hotels that cater better for people of your age and demands.
