Greg's two story apartment was amazing and totally exceeded my expectations. The pinnacle of my stay was when the Sonos speakers that are mounted in the ceiling throughout the apartment played my favorite songs during a much needed recovery shower after a long day of travel. From there, it only got better.
The apartment is well laid out with a bathroom and bedroom on the bottom floor and an open layout kitchen and living room on the top. The bed was very comfortable and provided a great sleep. The bathroom has a washer and dryer, which is great for a quick load of laundry after being caught in a rare San Francisco rain storm. The entire apartment is wired like a geek's paradise, with Sonos in all of the rooms, timers on the lighting, Roku, Apple TV and fast wifi.
Upstairs, the view from the large windows looks out over the entire city... including a glimpse of the Golden Gate bridge on a clear day. The gas stove is perfect for cooking up a quick breakfast and the apartment is only three blocks from Whole Foods, which is very convenient if you don't mind some hills.
I spent my first evening in San Francisco relaxing on the comfortable couch, drinking a glass of wine and watching a movie on the big TV mounted over the fireplace. It was everything I needed.
Greg's communication was quick and always polite. He made me feel welcome in his home and I am looking forward to staying there on my next trip to the city.
Greg, Wes and their pup Hiro were super communicative, clean, and friendly. They left the place in great condition, and even left us a very nice & thoughtful note and gift. Definitely among the best airbnb guests we've had stay with us so far.
I lived with Greg for a couple of years, and I've stayed with him in more than one city on more than one occasion. He's an incredible guy and an insanely considerate host. Greg knows how to make you feel at home, while also make you feel like you're on a 5-star vacation. And every place of his I've stayed has always been gorgeous, beautifully decorated, and convenient to everything you could ever need—because that's Greg's style.
Greg's place is as welcoming as can be! I suppose I'm biased as his little sister but after staying with him when I first moved to San Francisco, I think you'll find his home to be cozy, clean and convenient to lots of fun San Francisco spots. You'll LOVE the sunset views from his place and enjoy the privacy and relaxation that comes with his great patio. And Greg is just genuinely a generous and caring guy. From my experience moving cross country, I can tell you that Greg will take care of every possible detail both in planning your stay and during your stay.
I lived with Greg for about 2 1/2 years and he was an amazing roommate! Super considerate, thoughtful, gracious and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend Greg as a guest and as a host. For hosting, his place is beautiful, super modern, clean, has great views, great detailing and is a private little oasis that's super safe and located in the back of a main unit. The area is convenient, sunny and has a Whole Foods down the corner. Definitely recommend Greg on all accounts!
